WINTER ACCESS: The road and driveway to the cabin are plowed and cleared with heavy snowfall. 4-wheel drive / snow chains are not needed to access the property, except possibly in VERY heavy snow (but in severe winter weather, you will probably want 4-wheel drive or snow chains on many of the roads in the Highlands anyway!).
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel insurance is *highly* recommended in the winter, as winter weather in the mountains is unpredictable! Winter weather will *not* result in alteration to the cancellation policy (except in extreme cases, such as an official state or county travel ban or mandatory evacuation).
ALLERGIES: Towels and linens are laundered using Tide Free & Gentle hypoallergenic detergent, with no fabric softeners.
