Welcome to The Cute Condo on The Boulevard located at Summer House West in beautiful Gulf Shores where you will enjoy the beach view of white sandy beaches and the rolling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy relaxation with all the amenities of home.

The Cute Condo on the Boulevard is a corner unit located in the front, Building A, of the complex facing West Beach Boulevard and the Gulf of Mexico. It’s located away from the hustle and bustle of the busy shopping and entertainment area of Gulf Shores while still being convenient to the area and all amenities of Paradise! The Cute Condo makes a great honeymoon spot or accommodations a small family or party of 4 comfortably. The Gulf is approximately 100 feet away across the boulevard, just follow the private beach access along the wooden path to the gorgeous beach and waves.

The Cute Condo offers a fully equipped kitchen, social area that includes a sofa sleeper, wall mounted TV with cable, stack laundry unit, half bath for convenience and more. The master suite has been remodeled featuring a king size bed allowing for total comfort, large closet space and the mater bath includes a double shower for convenience. WiFi is provided along with a bar area between the kitchen and dinette area that makes a perfect work space.

Whether you enjoy long walks on the beach or relaxing along poolside there is also a fishing pier out in Little Lagoon with a fish cleaning station and a gazebo for small gatherings,.

Important... There is one free covered parking spot along with additional parking.

Summer House West is a small, low rise complex with a total of 32 condos. It has 3 buildings, the front building faces west Beach Boulevard and the Gulf of Mexico, middle building faces east and west and the back building faces Little Lagoon.

There are no elevators, only stairs.

Snowbirds are always welcome and offered monthly rental discount for November - April.

Me and my daughters stayed here for a weekend getaway! It’s the cutest condo in the best location! Beaches aren’t as crowded and it was priced well. It has covered parking and easy access to the beach. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy ourselves. We will be staying here again in the future!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. Short walk to the beach or lagoon. Short drive to a places to eat etc. only complaint was that the beds were uncomfortable, but that's subjective. I would stay here again and plan on it next year for sure.

This accommodation was absolutely perfect!! The location was spot on. Quiet and a little bit off the strip but in the best way. Such easy access to the strip. Beach access, an amazing pool. The host could not have been better. So kind and accommodating. The communication was spot on! The stay was clean, so many amenities, easy check in and out. The best stay we could have asked for in gulf shores and we definitely will be returning!! Thank you so much Kathe

Cute place but I wouldn't stay here again

The place was cute but we were unable to set the AC to less than 70 degrees so it was very warm. This place also says it can potentially sleep 4 but no children are allowed...The place would be good for a family but not two couples, so I don't really know how it would be sleepable for 4 with no children allowed. My father was also dying (he ended up passing away during the time we reserved, so my daughter took our reservation) and the host did not have any compassion for what was going on with my family and didn't even try to work with us. She told us we could move our reservation but then we gave the date we were wanting to move our reservation to she told us she wouldn't let us book for that date.

The Cute Condo has a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area so it most certainly will adequate accommodate 4 adults. The area is small so renting to children would certainly make them unhappy. This booking was made one year in advance before holiday pricing was updated so The Cute condo was rented at a real bargain during the busiest week of the season. The refund policy was available at booking. I have more than one listing and this is a business. The dates for 2023 were for the same time and I only accept bookings six months in advance.
