We had a great time. A nice, quiet, gated community. The pool great and clean. Easy travel to the beach. Located conveniently next to a target. Communication with host was easy and timely.

The kitchen was well equipped although it didn’t have a microwave but did have an air fryer…never made it to the pool or gym area…maybe next time

Thank you for the 5 star review. We truly appreciate it! I'm so sorry the air mattress was not working. If you would have called me I would have ordered one and had it delivered the 1st night. Please when you come back to visit let me know asap if something is not working for you. As far as the microwave, we bought a brand new stove with a warming function. So we dont need a microwave any more. Hope to see you guys again!

We had a great stay at the condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Community was quiet and pool was enjoyable. A little away from the crowds but close to everything which we really liked!

We enjoyed our week!! The condo is 5-10 min drive to everything in Gulf Shores. We appreciated all the amenities of the property. The condo was a home away from home.

Great Place

The condo was perfect for our weekend. We were in town for our daughter’s college softball tournament at the Sportsplex. Condo was literally across the street and not far from down town and the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Great alternative to a hotel in Gulf Shores

No stairs, fully equipped for a stay near the beach. Really appreciate the owners quick response to my questions, especially since HomeAway had the wrong access code to the lockbox! Perfect for a couple looking for more space at a good location.

Just what we needed

This was our 2nd stay in this condo and the experience has always been exceptional! Safe neighborhood, close to all the attractions! Working with Mrs. Charlotte is always easy and she makes every step just as relaxing as sitting on the beach itself! To sum it up, we will continue to rent this condo during our Gulf Shore visits!

INFESTED with mold. Mold in every air vent, all over the bathroom ceiling, and even on a picture frame by the washer and dryer. I didn’t see the other review about the mold until we had our issue with it. We slept the first night immediately after checking in and spent the entire second day of our stay at the beach. We didn’t notice the mold until that second evening when showering. We waited to settle the kids into bed before contacting VRBO, and which the rep asked us to stay that second night since it was late. I went to VRBO directly because other reviews cited the host as hostile and unprofessional. Which I can confirm for myself! She accused me of using AI and the pictures I sent to her and VRBO were not her condo. The rep told me this is the most clear cut case of mold he’s seen in his 7 years of working for them! I’m not the type to complain, I don’t even complain if my food is wrong! But this is a health hazard! We had a 4 year old with asthma that was having a hard time breathing. Pure unprofessionalism from this host, and the rep agreed that he experienced it on his end.

This is and was an attempt for a free vacation. She stayed 3 days and left only one day early for what ever reason and blamed a host for having mold in every vent and on walls and apparently it took 3 days to notice it. Vrbo Customer Support is extremely professional and would not of agreed with this to the guest's with out contacting the host.

This "condo" was poorly advertised to begin with. Getting to it was a run around. Going inside, the back door was unlocked. It felt damp and smelled musty and damp. There was mold growing on the baseboards. Dirt and dust on the walls and baseboards. Uncleaned coffee machine. Hair in shower. A brown substance smeared on the wall next to the toilet. I would absolutely never recommend this to anybody. When contacting the host, she immediately became combative and threatened to have us escorted off of her property rather than to apologize and rectify the situation. Thank god for photo evidence and screenshots of conversations. VRBO was fantastic and handled the situation accordingly. Great on them.

It's a shame that your vacation was not enjoyable. We work very hard to communicate and we keep our condo very clean. I have many 5 star reviews that talk about the cleanliness of my condo. Our baseboards might need painting and we plan on that after the summer season. Being an owner of any property requires maintenance and we do our best.

Worked out great

We would come back again. It was clean and comfortable. It’s not a new property but some of the unit has been updated nicely. It was close to where we were visiting family and that was helpful for us. The gated community was a nice plus. And plenty of parking. We didn’t check out the pool or gym. And while we did clean up after ourselves we didn’t have a list of chores to complete for check out. 😀

We have nothing but good things to say about Charlotte's condo we stayed in while we were there. It was clean, great location, kid friendly & with just 5 minutes to the beach! Charlotte was just a phone call away before & during our vacation who also gave me some great ideas of things to do right after we made our reservations. We will always use this property & go through Charlotte for many more vacations to come! I love how close you are to all of the other beaches! We beach hopped a few times! We even went crabbing & fishing with very easy to get & affordable fishing licenses! We loved Gulf Shores, Al! This will be what we call our go to for vacations from now on! Thank Charlotte & Anthony! 💗
