Imprégnez-vous de superbes vues sur l'océan, la montagne et le coucher du soleil dans notre magnifique condo en bord de mer, sur la côte ensoleillée de Kihei. Nous sommes à quelques pas de la plage et les visiteurs peuvent nager en toute sécurité dans l'ancien étang à poissons hawaïen protégé qui fait face au condo.

Notre condo non-fumeur au rez-de-chaussée est parfait pour les couples ou les familles, ainsi que les personnes âgées ou infirmes. L'unité a été récemment rénovée pour offrir tout le confort de la maison. Un climatiseur à système divisé a des commandes individuelles dans chaque pièce. Il y a un lit queen dans la chambre principale, des lits jumeaux (qui peuvent être transformés en un roi) dans la deuxième chambre et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour tous vos besoins. Télévision par câble à écran plat 40 "et lecteur DVD avec Wi-Fi rapide et gratuit. Le téléphone fixe est disponible pour les appels nationaux gratuits. De nombreux draps, y compris des serviettes de plage, sont fournis. Profitez de la plage avec des jouets de plage, une glacière, un parapluie et des chaises de plage.

Réveillez-vous au son de l'océan alors que le soleil du matin illumine les montagnes de West Maui. Profitez d'une vue imprenable depuis votre salon, votre chambre et votre véranda privée. Had fun

The hosts were spot on, kind and very attentive. The view was super pretty. The property was immaculate. The air units were a definite plus and worked well. We had a slight hiccup with the air unit and they had it repaired literally within 20 minutes. There was enough kitchen supplies to actually cook for the family. Beds were comfy enough - not awesome pillows but fine. I would recommend it greatly for casual family fun. The beach areas are super close however, the beaches on property were a little to rocky and the locals kinda over ran the small beach just to the right of the condo as well as the ground level bbqs. We used the bbq on the rooftop and it was clean, quiet and the view was amazing close to sunset. The only negative- it needs to be updated for sure. Every inch of it has reached its decor expiration date. Not the most expensive place for sure but certainly not the cheapest either. The condo next door I noticed had been updated and the vibe was much more beachy and visually appealing. It would be a nice convenience if the rooms had tv’s in them. Kids like to watch different shows than the parents when it’s unwind time. The location is very central to all things.

Perfect location for families

We stayed for 10 days at this fantastic little condo. We were a mixed group of teens, adults and seniors. Everyone loved going out to see the sea turtles everyday, playing shuffle board and the ease of access to the pool, beach and grills. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable and the condo was well stocked with kitchen items as well as beach chairs and towels. Overall it was an amazing spot and the entire group enjoyed our time and the space! Things to keep in mind, the property gets VERY windy every afternoon and there are not a lot of places to walk to but really all the spots in Kihei are still very close. We loved being on the first floor, it made it so easy to come and go to the beach or pool or out for the day. Downside was that sitting on the lanai there was a bit of foot traffic. If you are traveling with a family this is a great spot!

Great place

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is spotless, cleaned very well in between visits. You have everything you need to be comfortable like lots of towels and beach chairs and a washer and dryer. We didn’t cook much but when we did cook the kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the sheets were nice. The location was great. I don’t normally enjoy at ground floor unit, but in this case I really liked being able to go in and out of the unit from the beach and the pool, we did see a couple of cockroaches in one of the bathrooms over the four nights stay But this is Hawaii and you have to expect more insects than you would expect at home. The room facing the ocean does get a little warm with the afternoon sun coming through the windows, but I always slept fine. The air conditioning in the living room works fantastic and cools down most of the unit. I would stay here again without question

Amazing condo with views galore!

We stayed for a week with our two kids (ages 12 and 14) and could not have been happier with the condo! It was a good amount of space for us, and we appreciated having two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We loved being able to walk right to the protected beach, as well as being able to see the sea turtles. The pool was warm and wonderful as well! Communications were prompt and we would love to come back to stay again!

Beautiful Maui property

We absolutely loved this unit and all the amenities of the facility! We have 4 kids (age 7-13) so the ground floor unit was perfect for our family. It truly extended the living space with the well kept green space for lawn games. It is right off the pool and ocean access. The ancient fish pond in front of the resort made all of us enjoy the ocean so much more with a safe swimming area.. not to mention all the sea turtles that use its rocks for sunbathing every day!! The beds were beyond comfortable, even the sofa bed! The unit was supplied with more starter supplies than we have ever seen before.. beach chairs, snorkels, boogy boards, laundry, and kitchen essentials. We absolutely recommend this location and unit! Thank you so much for making Maui an unforgettable experience for our family!

Ideal Location!

This was our second stay in this condo. Sande and Bob are wonderful to deal with. We were greeted with a nice note and beautiful flowers. We love this condo for several reasons. 1. Ground floor condo with ocean view. 2. Fully stocked with condiments, floaties, beach chairs, etc. 3. Steps away from the pool and beach. 4. The fish pond makes for an ideal kid beach. Super shallow and no waves. It’s also fun for adults to float in. Turtles every day. We love it here and will continue to stay with Sande and Bob. Thanks for another great trip to Maui!

Amazing experience

The condo was as described. The location was very very convenient and literally a minutes walk to the beach which was a very clean private beach. Condo is located in the heart of Kihei in very close proximity to great food and shopping options. Above all, the responsiveness of the host was the best. They even came by to meet us at the end of our visit. Every amenity needed was available in the unit. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone.

Paradise

Perfect foe my husband and our adult daughter. The location on the first floor, close to barbecues, pool, and the beach were just what we wanted. Yet, we felt like we were in our own world. Nightly sunsets were gorgeous. The 600 year old native fish pond made for smooth waves on shore. The sea turtles that come in are incredible!

Family Trip

Family of 4 (with 2 small children) plus grandparents stayed for a week, and it was wonderful! Perfect location right across the lawn from the pool and the beach a few steps further. The sand toys and boogie boards were so nice to have at the condo for our kids, and the water in the lagoon was calm and safe for our kids. Highly recommend this for anyone traveling with small children!

A lovely visit

Lovely condo, just steps from parking, the pool, and the beach. Check-in was easy and communication from the owners was prompt and friendly. My husband and I booked this unit specifically because it was ground floor and near everything as we were hosting my 88 year old father. Little touches throughout the condo show the care the owners put into the place. The unit is clean and nicely furnished and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen has all the basics, is well-equipped and easy to cook in and while it lacks a vegetable peeler, it does have a cast iron skillet which was a welcome surprise! We really enjoyed the fish pond/lagoon area for swimming and sea turtle viewing, and wandered the beaches on either side of the complex. It was fun to watch the sunrises and sunsets from the rooftop, and there are several bbq grills both by the pool and on the rooftop for a cookout. There's a handy ABC store and farmers market nearby, and everything else you could need (restaurants, groceries, shopping) is easily found in S.Kihei. For tourism, the Maui Ocean Center and Hui No'eau Visual Arts Center are standouts, but our favorite visit was to the Humpback Whale Sanctuary Visitor Center next door--Suzanne the docent is a brilliant and hilarious educator and we will remember her lessons forever! (If you go, remember 15-15-15.) We really enjoyed our stay here, it was such a perfect and relaxing visit. We definitely would book this unit again.

We love Maui

Maui is just a dream island! Sandy was a great host and reached out to us after the fires. We are so happy we went. Her place is a great location. We did many things in the area. Our favorite was going to sunrise at the Haleakalā Mountain and the road to Hana. She had everything we could need we loved being on the lower level we loved the sea turtles right on our own back door in Mahalo.

Great Location

This condo is on the bottom floor with direct access to the pool and a quick little walk to the ocean! It was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our own meals. We could not have had a better place to stay with family!

Oceanfront Condo

Very clean! Great view! Everything included for a great ocean front stay. Great host. Near turtle resting place for a free fascinating experience. For our first VRBO experience, it was everything and more than we expected. When we return we will try to schedule the same condo again.

Wonderful Location & Stay

A very relaxing vacation and just what we had hoped. The location is great, just far enough away from Kehei but close to enjoy the amenities. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when needed. The ocean is walled off providing a great warm pool area for swimming and the turtles love the beach far to the right of the property. The only drawback is if you wish to be in a place without children this might not be for you. The pool was lovely but also full of children. It's hard to get kids to follow the rules of no diving or yelling. When we had a few moments to ourselves it was so peaceful with the ocean waves crashing behind us. Overall though a wonderful property. Clean pool right by the ocean, three grills located beside the pool / ocean and a spotlessly clean condo. The condo was just as listed with functioning A/C, full kitchen, etc. I'd definitely return to this unit in the future!

You won't be disappointed here!

This was our first visit to Maui and it was the perfect place for our family! Clean, conveniently located, and well stocked. We were able to be on the beach in a matter of a few steps. The view can't be beat! Other than food and drinks and our personal toiletries, we didn't have to buy anything as the condo was very well stocked. We saw sea turtles every single day of our stay! The protected swimming area allowed us to swim any time of day even when the water was rough outside the protected area. Added bonus, we got to meet the owners, Bob and Sande during our stay! They are delightful!

Great location

The condo is located right on the beach and many turtles to see in the early morning within walking distance. Great viewing of sunsets from the lanai also. The condo came very well stocked with beach chairs, ice chests, umbrellas, boogie boards, and snorkel gear. The owners responded right away to fix the one issue we had regarding an appliance that was not working and they came out and fixed the problem in minutes. Overall it was a great time and great accommodations. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

The exquisite and peaceful ground floor oceanfront location, just steps from the beach as well as the perfect place to watch the spectacular Maui sunsets, and, additionally, the ancient Hawaiian fishpond, sold us on this condo's location. We began coming to Maui in the 70s, always staying in this same area, out of the bustle of Kihei, yet centrally located. We love this area so much that our Maui home for the past 25 years is 5 minutes from the condo. Unlike most condo owners who live on the mainland, we live full time on this beautiful island. Beautiful oceanfront sunset view, our ground floor condo is just steps away to the beach, There are no roads or buildings, just the spectacular Pacific Ocean from our unit. Our condo's location is perfect for families, two couples, and is suitable for the elderly or infirm. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms keep our guests comfortable. Twin beds in the second bedroom can be made into a king bed, and the living room couch into a queen bed. Wireless internet is fast and free. Enjoy watching turtles and rainbows from the lanai. Humpback whales can be seen from the condo December to April. As Hawaii residents for 32 years, we live nearby and are available and happy to answer your questions. Enjoy the heated oceanfront pool and oceanside gas barbecues, BBQ's on the rooftop garden with 360 degree view, located on an ancient Hawaiian fishpond; 2 shuffleboards, just a short walk to Maui's longest beach for an early morning or sunset walk, easy access to many beautiful beaches, great restaurants and shops. This is a non-smoking condo. Located 20 minutes from the airport, close to the Maui Ocean Center, Ma'alaea Harbor, Wailea and 'Iao Valley.
