Be our guest and enjoy the amazing views from this condo. You have unobstructed views from Seagull Retreat located on the top floor of the northeast side of B Building.

Stocked with everything that you will need to have an enjoyable, relaxing vacation experience. The north beach area is more residential and as a result, is the more quiet end of the island. The north beach is a great place to catch a gorgeous Tybee sunset. You will enjoy watching the dolphins play and the ships coming in and out of the Savannah Port from the privacy of your own balcony. Or step out to the beach and get your toes in the sand.

This condo offers a 50" smart television in the living room, a 32" smart tv in the bedroom, and wifi throughout. There is a king-size bed in the bedroom.

NO GOLF CARTS, NO TRAILERS, NO PETS ALLOWED ON SITE. SBRC IS A SMOKE-FREE COMPLEX. NO SMOKING ON THE GROUNDS, HALLWAYS, COMMON AREAS, OR IN THE CONDO. YOU MAY SMOKE ON THE BALCONY, BUT WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE KEEP THE BALCONY DOOR CLOSED WHILE DOING SO. The City of Tybee does not allow smoking on the beaches.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. This is the perfect spot for a couple to get away and relax. Steps to the pool and beach. Enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the dolphins and shrimp boats during sunset. The bed was very comfortable and the condo was clean. My only complaint and it isn't the condo owners fault but be prepared there is not a ramp to the beach access. It is several stairs going down which makes taking a wagon a little more challenging. Melba is easy to work with and responds quickly. This is the second unit of hers we have stayed in and will most definitely be booking with her again!!

The unit was very clean and inviting. We had a beautiful view of the ocean! Sadly, through no fault of the owner, we had very cold and windy conditions and did not get to enjoy the pool or the beach. But we enjoyed the restaurants near the condo and even played pickle ball one day. My only negative was that this unit is directly over the laundry room which was extremely loud many times throughout our stay. I also found the key situation a bit odd. Only the main key from the lock box appeared to work well. The biggest negative was that there was a cleaner at the door at EXACTLY 10AM on the day of checkout. While i understand the need to get the property ready for the next renter, my husband and i were packed and just needed a few minutes to get things out and the man was very rude to us as we were doing our best to get out. I feel that was unnecessary and ended our stay in a negative way.

Jennifer, I am glad you enjoyed the view from the condo when the weather was, unfortunately, not perfect. I did want to clarify that the condo doesn't sit above the 2nd-floor laundry. There is another condo directly below. Our housekeepers are allowed to knock on the condo doors at 10am (check-out time) because sometimes guests do not let us know when they leave. The housekeeper called at 10:18am to let me know you had not yet departed. That particular housekeeper has been with us for 15 years and I have never known him to be anything but polite to guests. However, I will talk with him about this review. A grest Guest experience and 5-star reviews are always the goal. Unfortunately, we are on a tight schedule when we have new guests checking in the same day. That is why the check-out time is on all documents you receive after booking, on the refrigerator magnet, and in an email reminder of check-out instructions the day before departure. ~Melba

PERFECT, PERFECT, PERFECT! The views were beautiful from our patio. We saw alot of cargo ships. Close to everything: shops, restaurants and grocery store. Our favorite restaurant was The Original Crab Shack (a must try)! The host here at the condo was amazing. Checked in on us via text, to see if we needed anything and to let them know if we did. The condo had everything we needed and was perfect for the 2 of us. Would highly recommend and looking forward to staying in the future. Thank you.

Perfect Location

If you're looking for a quiet place to stay, this is it. The views from the balcony are beautiful. Enjoyed walking to restaurants and listening to Live Music, a tasty, convenient coffee shop and Chamacos Tacos was a hidden treasure.

I really enjoyed my stay here and the view was amazing. I would stay here again, for sure, but there are just a few things I want to note for folks to be aware of. It doesn't note that the beach is technically the Savannah River. I was sad about that because you're not really getting waves or the scent of the ocean. You need to go to North Beach for that (a very short drive, but you have to pay for parking at 4/hour). There is also a water heater in the unit that hums VERY loudly, so if you're a sensitive sleeper like me, bring your meds and have some kind of white noise on your phone to help you sleep. I had trouble sleeping because of that. This is also a condo that allows people to smoke on their balconies and I had a smoker right above me, which meant I couldn't keep my balcony door open or spend much time on my balcony, which really affected my experience. Can we make this a non-smoking property?! That really takes away from the experience. Finally, if you are sensitive to strong detergents, bring your own towels because the towels have very strong scents. Like I said, I would still come back. I'm not sure you'd get these views or beach access like this elsewhere and North Beach is great. You DO need a car to get around though! This beach is nice for morning and evening walks, but not for your actual beach experience. The staff was very responsive to my needs and it was super easy to get there and get in. And I DID see dolphins!
