This condo was completely remodeled and the finishes and furnishings are all top notch. *Hurry and reserve your dates! This one-bedroom condo is the perfect place to have a relaxing vacation. Sail Away sleeps two with a king-size bed. The condo offers wifi and smart TVs in the living room and bedroom.

You definitely won't want to spend all your time indoors, though. The balcony is a great spot to sip your morning coffee or evening cocktails while enjoying views of the pool area and the bay. You can watch the ships come to and from the Savannah Port. There are plenty of chairs and umbrellas for those who love lounging around the poolside.

If you walk just past the pool and down the beach walkover, your toes will be in the sand in no time. There are no lifeguard stations on the north end, though, so please be careful. The north end of the island is much quieter than the beaches on the south end of the island. The north beach is a great place for shelling and watching the ships, and there's a good chance you will see the dolphins playing. You will want to be on the beach for the sunsets. Tybee Island has some of the best sunsets on the east coast.

NO GOLF CARTS, NO TRAILERS, NO PETS ALLOWED ON SITE. SBRC IS A SMOKE-FREE COMPLEX. NO SMOKING ON THE GROUNDS, HALLWAYS, COMMON AREAS, OR IN THE CONDO. YOU MAY SMOKE ON THE BALCONY, BUT WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE KEEP THE BALCONY DOOR CLOSED WHILE DOING SO. The City of Tybee does not allow smoking on the beaches.

We almost forgot... if you want to get some exercise, the complex has tennis courts and a pickleball court for its guests. So take a look at the photos and Sail Away for a great vacation!

Super clean property with a great view of the water. Location is handy to Savannah with lots of local places to eat. First time in Savannah, it’s a gorgeous and charming city.

We loved sitting on balcony watching the dolphins! You could watch the ships go by. We really enjoyed staying here. The check in process was easy. The place was very clean and quiet. It was very relaxing to come and go. We could walk to a couple of shops and restaurants. If we had a question the host was always very quick to respond. She made our stay great. Everyone around was very nice and friendly.

Great view and location...

Our first trip to Tybee Island, where we enjoyed the location and views. The place is as advertised and the check-in process was easy. When we had questions, a timely text response provided the answers we needed. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and the view/location was a big reason. Note: area is on the outskirts of "downtown" Tybee but we found the "downtown" area accessible with bikes we rented (one complimentary).

We had bad experiences with other island rental companies but TTVR & Melba are truly customer-oriented. I highly recommend them.

Lint in popcorn ceiling and build up lint in the return air vent that was built up on it pretty bad. Hallway lights and outlets did not work. Kitchen drawers fall when you open them. Felt dirty. Just as advertised! Clean, comfortable and well organized and stocked. Short walk to a clean beach area, and the pool was nice as well. The view from the unit is spectacular and we really enjoyed sitting on the patio listening to the waves lap the shore. Seeing dolphin, osprey, heron/egrets, pelicans and boat/ship traffic was a bonus! Just the getaway we were looking for. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again. It’s obvious that they take pride in their unit
