Newly acquired, all new furniture, bedding, paint, stainless appliances, brand new heated pool.
Renters will have access to beach carts, umbrellas, chairs, coolers etc. everything you will need for a great vacation
Dogs under 20#. allowed with a $35 per night fee, $500 max per month.
The house is a three bedroom home, the master has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a twin bunk bed and another twin bed. That sleeping for 7 people which is the house max, no pull out couch or air mattresses provide or permitted. We do provide a pack and play, high chair and some infant/toddlers necessities. The house has split bedrooms, master on left side of house and the other bedrooms on the right side. The master has a sliding door to the lanai.
We have two bathrooms, the master has a walk in shower the second bath has a jacuzzi tub.
The living room has a couch with a lounger, middle chair and recliner and also second recliner and an additional chair.
The dining room has a counter height table which sits 8 ( we leave it set up for 6 and leave the extra leaf in the rear bedroom)
The dining room also has a sliding door out to the lanai.
The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, a granite counter which can seat 5 people and everything you will need for your cooking and cocktail hour needs.
The unit has a large washer and dryer so pack light.
The house has a two level lanai, the upper level has a stainless steel BBQ, loungers, chairs and a dining room set all in the shade and the lower lever (two steps down) has the pool deck with lounge chairs and the brand new pool.
The LR TV is a 70 inch, the MBR has a 55 inch, and the 3rd bed room has a 32 inch, all smart TV,s.
The house is a very short walk to both south beach entrances, 12 restaurants, 2 ice cream shops, the movie theater and mini golf.
Rentals other then Saturday to Saturday require approval.

Great Spot for relaxing

Amazing weather, beautiful island, house was nicely done and the owner communicated very well. Best perk was the starfruit tree in the front yard.

Great property owner and house!

We were pleased with our stay and the flexibility the owner granted us in regards to check in and check out! Walking to the beach was a bit farther than expected and there was minimal hot water in the master bathroom, but other than that this property was great!

Clean and updated

The house was in great shape and very clean. Good layout with a security alarm for the lanai to pool deck door. We have been coming to Marco for years, usually staying near the north end. This house has an easy walk to the south end of the beach. Had no issues and have already recommended to others. Thanks!

Great stay

We had a wonderful time here. The house is in great shape. It feels bigger than the pictures show. Everything you need to have a home away from home. Very clean. The owner was fantastic to work with. There were a couple hiccups at the beginning due to the pool not being ready (brand new). This was NOT the owners fault but he graciously made it up to us. Being so close to the beach, makes it an ideal location. We loved our stay so much, we already made plans to come back! You will not be disappointed

Wir haben die Ferien in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und mehr. Ein kurzer Spaziergang und man ist am herrlichen Strand. Great House within walking distance to the beach

Very Clean, probably the best stocked VRBO I've stayed in. The owners take pride in this property. VRBO had a glitch and we didn't get our check-in information, called John and he answered right away as well as got us all the info we needed for our stay. I would 1000% stay here again when we come back to Marco Island.

Exceeded our expectations

The home was conveniently located, short walk to the beach They provided a cart, chairs and cooler. Home pool was lovely. The home was so clean, new appliances, furnishings. Even the pool toys were new and inflated for us. We would definitely recommend this home for a family vacation!

Great family vacation!

Great vacation! We stayed for a week in the paradise that is Marco Island. The house was great and the private pool was awesome!! This was our first time there and we will definitely make the 11 hour trip to return. Mr John was so easy to work with and his home did not disappoint! The worst part was having to say goodbye! Beautiful house with pool and quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Owner communicated well and made the whole process easy. Great vacation - I would book this property again.

Awesome stay

Newly renovated. Kitchen stocked with quality appliances. Great location. Had all the amenities we wanted. Owner great to communicate with. Would definitely visit again.
