This home includes 4 adult bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, tiki bar, built in rolling grill with outdoor refrigerator, 8 person dining table and 6 comfortable chaise lounge chairs. The oversized dock provide hours of entertainment to include fishing, dolphins and other sea life swimming by, or for simply enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails with the warm ocean breeze to top it off! Easy Gulf of Mexico access with only one bridge 14ft high.

LIVING AREA is on the second level of the home, and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each guest bedroom on the second floor offers a private balcony! Enter the master suite and enjoy a king size bed and access to the balcony over looking the saltwater pool and the serene canal. The master bath features a separate tub and walk-in shower, his and hers sinks, as well as beautiful granite counter-tops.

One could easily spend every night with champagne in hand, watching the enchanting Marco sunset colors turning from majestic blues to deep royal purples before falling off for the night.
