We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was beautiful, very comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location and overall experience were excellent.There were a couple of minor issues during our stay. Two of the bikes provided for guest use were rusted and not rideable, which was disappointing. We ended up having to rent additional bikes. Additionally, the internet service was out during our stay and unfortunately could not be repaired while we were there.Despite these issues, we had a wonderful time and would still recommend this property.

Thanks for your stay and your review. All bikes were working before arrival, as they're checked after each stay. Unfortunately the salt air is hard on the chains and they rust quickly, but are sprayed each time with wd40 so they stay in working order. I apologize for the internet company, and the community wide outages they had. I hope you'll be back again!

Great house with plenty of space

The house was beautiful and very spacious. Perfect for our group. The tram service to the beach was nice and location to walk to shops and restaurants was very convenient. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great experience at Alice’s place. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for all of us. Would recommend!

Perfect House

This was a wonderful house for my family and I to stay at. Everything was so clean, nice size rooms and bathrooms. It was the perfect spot for shopping, restaurants and beach time. We will definitely be coming back.

Great Rental at SeaCrest Beach

We had a very enjoyable week at SeaCrest Beach staying at Charlotte’s Gift. The house is well maintained, nicely equipped and stocked. The property manager was super responsive to all messages and the check-in and check-out process was easy and efficient! Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Was here for my 30th birthday weekend! We had 8 adults in our group 1 dog. The house had everything we needed for a long weekend, we fit so comfortably. It was the perfect distance to Alys and Rosemary Beach. The pool and beach access was just what we needed annd Alice the property manager made the prep for our stay so seamless. Would recommend this property!

The house was gorgeous, in a great location, and we couldn't have asked for a better property manager. Communication was excellent from the time we booked our trip through the end of our stay. We have absolutely no complaints about the house! The pool was great, and the location made it easy to get around. The Village was a wonderful area to walk or bike to, and we really enjoyed spending time there.On our way to Seacrest Beach, our dog developed an eye issue, so we wanted to get him seen as quickly as possible. Kindness Pet Hospital, located in The Village, was able to work him into their schedule, and the staff was absolutely amazing. We highly recommend them if you ever need veterinary care while you're in the area.We also loved biking to Alys Beach each morning for breakfast at Fonville Press Café—just be sure to get there early!The only downside of our stay, and by far the most disappointing aspect, was the beach access. By the time we made it down the stairs to the beach, there were packed rows of chairs already set up. We had to find a spot right next to the stairs, couldn't really see the ocean, and had to weave through other groups just to get closer to the water.

Nice home in a gated community, with many rules. Most likely for the protection of all. They push back normal check in an assumption to have ready & clean. Our wasn’t too bad except a bathroom which was not touched, a few bugs in kitchen area. Due to tropical storm of no fault on anyone. We made the best of it. The biggest problem everyone went to pool, which had a 9:00 am start. But folks who had homes or condos around the pool went early &saved chairs for others. So the pool wasn’t an option. However layout of pool was cool, like a ball field. Due to private beach being closed for safety we did drive to public beach. They need to update their free use of beach items which are worn out or broken. Nice large home though.
