Nestled between green spaces in Seacrest Beach, Charlotte’s Gift is a welcoming 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home with a spacious living area, totally updated kitchen with ample counter space, third floor crows nest with a twin bunk beds, and four big porches. The house sleeps 11 guests comfortably. The owners have just completed a beautiful renovation job, making this special home even more wonderful!
All of the porches are covered and provide seating for enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the beautiful Florida sunshine.
The living area is comfortable with plenty of seating and a soothing color palette, and a 75 inch smart tv. The living area is open to the combined dining and kitchen space, so that everyone can be part of your gathering.
The massive island offers seating and plenty of room for you to enjoy meals prepared in the beautifully remodeled kitchen, or on the new grill. Stainless steel appliances, gas range, fresh paint, new flooring and new lighting make for a pleasant meal prep. Stop at one of the local seafood markets and bring home a fresh catch to grill or bake; the kitchen is equipped with a variety of tools. Both a Keurig and traditional coffee maker are provided to cover your caffeine needs.
Downstairs you will also find a spacious en suite bedroom, with a fully updated bathroom and a separate laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board and beach towels for your pool and beach adventures.
The second floor has beautiful new flooring and fresh paint. Here you will find a bedroom with a twin bunk bed over a queen bed, and access to the back porch. There is a renovated hall bath and an additional bedroom with a queen bed, updated en suite bathroom, and private porch.
The master bedroom is also located on the second floor and features a spacious, fully remolded attached bath with double sinks, and a glass walk in shower. There is also access to the beautiful porch nestled among oak trees.
The third floor crows nest is a fun hang out full of warm natural light. It has custom built in twin bunk beds and a flat screen tv. Fresh paint and flooring complete the space.
Charlotte’s Gift is steps from Seacrest Beach’s amazing resort style pool and snack bar. It’s a quick walk to the sugar sand beach, or there is a tram service to shuttle you to and from the beach. When you return to Charlotte’s Gift, there is an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sandy day.

Charlotte’s Gift is a small dog friendly home, with approval and non refundable pet fee. Please mention your dog when you request to book. Please note, the house allows 0NE, approved dog, with a non refundable fee. An additional dog may be allowed with prior approval and additional fee. Any unapproved pets will void the rental agreement and incur fees and immediate removal from the property with no refunds. We require that furry guests be vaccinated and on flea/tick preventative. Please clean up after your pet, follow the leash law, and do not take your dog on the beach, as they’re not allowed on Walton county beaches. There is a small dog friendly area of Panama City beach near Pier Park shopping.
Nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beaches, Seacrest Beach is in the perfect spot to walk to these beautiful beach communities. There is a nice variety of little shops and wonderful restaurants to explore. Nature trails, small parks and green spaces can be found in each community. Hop on one of the 4 (adult) bikes and check out 30A!
Within a short drive, there are outlet malls, restaurants, golf courses, movies, shopping, state parks and of course, miles and miles of beautiful beaches!
