Bienvenue à orteils dans l'eau. En entrant dans cette jolie maison, vous entrez dans un salon, une cuisine et une salle à manger à aire ouverte avec un nouveau décor. Il y a aussi une véranda et des télévisions dans toutes les chambres.

Le salon dispose de sièges confortables et offre une grande télévision à écran plat, un son surround et un lecteur DVD. La table à manger peut accueillir 7 personnes et 4 sièges de bar supplémentaires sur l’île. La cuisine propose des appareils en acier inoxydable et tous les outils nécessaires pour préparer ce repas parfait.

La chambre principale a un très grand lit avec dressing, une salle de bain privée avec une grande baignoire à jets, une douche à l'italienne et une double vasque.

Juste au-delà de la cuisine, vous trouverez deux autres chambres, la première est une chambre double avec télévision. La deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux et accès à la terrasse arrière. Les deux chambres partagent une salle de bain complète avec combo douche et baignoire.

En continuant dans le couloir, vous trouverez une chambre supplémentaire avec un lit queen-size avec télévision et une salle de bain commune avec un combo douche et baignoire.

Beach Dreamer was the perfect home for our 3 week stay. It was extremely clean and well appointed with all the things we needed. We especially liked the screen porch and the close proximity to the neighborhood pool. The neighborhood was quiet, easy to navigate and very dog friendly.

Enjoyed layout of property and the location. Had to wait for cable and internet repairs to be completed one morning for several hours that were requested by previous guests which could have been better communicated by property management. Otherwise happy as usual with our stay at Seacrest Beach.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed the location of the house. Close to pool and beach. Loved having the bikes for access and shopping. Kitchen was fully stocked and plenty of space for everyone.

We loved our stay! The layout of the house was perfect for us, everything was clean, and property management was easy to get a hold of the one time we needed them. The house is in a great location just a short walk to the pool. We can’t wait to come back!

Enjoyable Accomodations

We enjoyed our time at Toes in the Water. It was clean when we arrived. Everything was in good working order. The kitchen was fully stocked. Perfect size for a large family. Everyone had their own bedrooms and baths. Located at a tram stop to grab a quick ride to the beach and a short walk to the pool!

Great beach getaway

Our family was very pleased with this vacation rental. The unit was spacious and clean, and we love the location close to the Seacrest Beach pool. The tram to the beach was convenient and available whenever we needed. The property management team was friendly and responsive, and even came out on short notice one evening to replace a battery in one of the smoke alarms to allow us to get a good nights rest. The check-in process was quick and simple. One small recommendation would be to consider stocking a few more trash bags and dishwasher pods because we ate in quite a bit and ran out of these items. If the unit had a few basics like salt and pepper, sugar for coffee, or some Tupperware to store leftovers those would be nice conveniences that would make our stay even better. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful home in a fantastic community!

We were so impressed with this home and had a fantastic stay! We definitely hope to come back for our next beach vacation. The house is even more beautiful in person, and the layout is perfect for families. It feels so much bigger than we expected. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms are really spacious. The location is very convenient for accessing the neighborhood parks, pool and trolley stops to the beach. It's also easy to walk to the beach if you prefer. Parking is super easy and convenient too. The only snag we ran into was the back door code was different from the front door code we were provided. But the management company responded quickly after hours and resolved the issue in minutes. We would highly recommend this property! Thank you for a great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week at Beach Dreamer! The house was so cute, the pictures don't do it justice! It's very spacious plenty of room for everyone to sit together in the living room. The beds were comfortable, and it was great to have multiple bathrooms. My only complaint about the beds were the sheets not staying on. The corners pop off because of the mattress covers, they need to get the sheet clips that help keep them on. It was an easy walk to the pool, which was really nice! The beach is a bit far for walking, but the tram stop is almost right next to the house, which was very convenient, and worked out great!! We would definitely stay there again, we had such a great week!!

Nice property, neighborhood is changing

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been coming to this area for 3 or 4 years now. It's gradually changing. Pool was crowded, security spent a lot of time blowing their whistles. That area of 30a has changed a lot in 3 years. It reminds me of a nicer version of Panama City Beach 25 years ago. Crowded, lots of young people drinking. Too many investors have bought and are doing the whole short term rental deal. I'm just an renter myself so I'm just making an observation. The property manager was a bit slow to respond via VRBO msg. Nice house all on one level and it was clean.

Reviewer Comments: Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but to be completely honest it was not our best stay/ experience in rental vacation home, and we do this quite often. The house was in a great location! Easy access to the beach and entertainment. In general the house was clean and was comfortable, but there were a few details, for example, the laundry room doors did not close, which wasn’t really that big of a deal. For a 1 week stay, we found it odd that we were given 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, for example, in a house that is supposed to sleep 9 or 10? This was odd and weird, you would expect basic needs like this to be better covered. The house should also have some additional items in the closets like additional pillows or blankets maybe, just for a better experience for the guest. We really liked the app and how it had all the information we needed there. Overall we had a great time, but we did not love our stay.

We do supply a starter amount of basic amenities in addition to some great local coffee from Amavida. However, we do ask that you supply what is needed for the duration of your stay with was a pleasure having you as our guest and hope you return soon.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Seacrest Beach. A very nice development. Easy walk to the pool and easy tram ride to the beach. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. We loved the nightly live music. We traveled on Memorial Day weekend and it was very crowded. Also, new houses were being built next to and across the street from our house which was unfortunate in terms of noise and eyesore.
