While the booking photos are nice, the actual property is in need of some maintenance and TLC. It was very clean, and the location is great (only 2 minutes to local grocery chains and various restaurants). The pool is not heated, but the water is refreshing after the warmth of the Texas sun and humidity.

My family and I enjoyed our stay so much in 2025 that we re-booked for 2026! Everything was just as we remembered and it was another great year! The AC had a minor thing come up while I was at Six Flags so I messaged our host and our host jumped right on getting it fixed for us that within the hour it was up and running again before I returned from Six Flags so that was awesome since it was so hot there! We hope to return for another week of vacation in 2027!!

Great place. The night before check in there was a storm that blew debris into the pool. I contacted management and someone was there within the hour to clean the pool. Excellent service.

This house was lovely, close to shops and restaurants. Very well appointed and loads of great features. The pool was wonderful and private, not overlooked and shaded for a lot of the day. Kids would love games room upstairs and there were bunk beds in there for 2. All the bedrooms are double and we used the gym. Would definitely recommend.

Graduation

My son graduated from UTA, so we booked this place so that family could stay together. The pool was a great place to hang out and visit. Barbecue grill worked like a champ on some delicious ribeyes. We really enjoyed our time together.

Mansfield trip

The house is in a great neighborhood and the house was very comfortable. All the conveniences. Due to weather we couldn't use the pool but the inside of the house was very roomy. It does need some TLC

Very nice property

We were in town with the family for a graduation and this property was perfect. The living room furniture had been updated from the original pictures when I booked it, which was a nice surprise. Everything was very clean and ready to go when we arrived. My daughter and husband definitely enjoyed challenging each other at the ping pong table. The kitchen had a nice supply of pots, pans and utensils to cook meals, although we took advantage of the nearby restaurants instead. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again if we're back in town.

Excellent Location

The home was comfortable and clean. There is space for many both inside and outside. Everything is as described. The kids loved the workout room and ping pong table. The adults enjoyed getting together in the living room with seats for everyone. It is conveniently located near many restaurants and store, and convenient to both Dallas and Fort Worth. Enjoyed our Fall break.

Great get away!

My family and a couple of friends really enjoyed our stay! Not far from Arlington and Mansfield had so many places to go for dinning and shopping so you didn’t have to get out too far which was nice. We enjoyed our stay at the house! We used the pool and played ping pong and just had a good time in the house! Neighborhood was nice and friendly. I went for a jog and people would waive and say hi. I would definitely stay again! Can’t wait to do so! The process was easy from check in to check out and it was very easy to communicate with the manager of the property! :)

Grandma Camp

I host Grandma Camp for my grandkids every year. I currently don’t have a pool in my backyard so I decided to rent a house with a pool because all of my grandkids love to swim. The pool was perfect and it was nice to have a covered patio. The house had a large dining table that accommodated all of us. We had a jewelry making session and played games. It was the perfect setup!

Solid & Clean-but could use some updates 💜

My Adult kids and their spouses stayed 2 nights. Place was clean and had everything needed. Definitely could use some updating and a refresh for the price. Felt like someone's parents lived their previously. My lesson learned was that I did not make sure the pool was heated.... But that's on me. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we were comfortable 😊.

Disappointed

The pictures on listing do not accurately depict property. House and lawn very run down and in need of repair and maintenance. Dishwasher and ice maker were broken, holes in wall and floors, lighting on exterior not working properly, old kitchen pots and pans. Food was left in pantry and refrigerator. Pool toys were unusable. Management company was notified but as of now….they have not responded.

Wedding Weekend

Great property and hosts were very nice and helpful. We needed an early check-in at the last minute and they were accommodating with that! The smoke detector needed a new battery and was 'chirping' constantly; they took care of that in a timely fashion. The house was very clean, beautiful kitchen and living room. My husband used the office space a lot, so that was great. the beds in the three downstairs bedrooms were comfortable. The backyard was as pictured--very nice covered sitting area and the pool was clean. Indoors: missing were hand towels & shower mats/bathroom rugs. These are essential bathroom items; cold, slippery tile is dangerous and there are hand towel rings, so why not provide towels? Just a suggestion. The biggest problem with this house is the fourth bedroom upstairs... the twin beds are juvenile sized, not actual real twin beds for grown-up adults. Our guests were all big, tall and full grown adults. In the photos online, you can't really tell that they're little tiny beds. The host provided a brand new full-sized airbed, but that didn't work for our guests. One couple left and went to a hotel. Made me very sad. Real beds upstairs would be my suggestion! Again, the hosts were great!

Our overall stay was great. The pool could use a great cleaning as there was no way to vacuum it out. I did try and communicate with the host to let them know about a few things and did not get a response. However, I would stay at the location again. The house was very clean.

Quinceanera trip

This was a nice property with plenty of space if you needed to find a quiet space. It was to cool for the pool, but the outside area was a nice place to hang out. We had a couple of babies, and it was well equipped with the pack and plays and even a walker that my grandchildren loved.

Lovely Home

This home was beautiful and very clean. The pool is amazing! Beds are comfy and the neighborhood is very nice. The house was also fully stocked. I’ll definitely be back!
