Beautiful Home with Great Owners

We booked this house last minute for the National indoor track championships in Indianapolis. This was about a 25 minute drive to the venue. The house was perfect. It is located in a community friendly neighbors, and lots of people out walking. The house is updated and very clean. The owner contacted us within 30 minutes of arriving to ensure we got in safely and that everything was OK. He asked us to reach out if there were any concerns or if we needed anything. I would definitely book this house again if we were in the Indianapolis area.

The stay was fine. The house layout was nice but it was dirty. Beds looked as though they were sat upon and possibly not recently laundered, floorboards dirty, used cotton balls in bathroom trash can and trash totes in garage full. .

Fishers Stay

This property was immaculate and access was easy. The house is located in a very nice and quiet subdivision just a minute or two ride away from a number or restaurants and Top Golf. If you are looking for a quiet location, this is the spot.

Perfect in every way!

My friend and I visited while attending a concert at Ruoff Music Center. The location of the house is perfect, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The house is beautiful, and it was nice to have a deck to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather we had. Communication was quick and easy. I will definitely book again when visiting the Indy area.

Family trip with grandkids

Perfect place to stay after a day trip to Connor Prairie with our daughter and her husband and our two grandkids ages 6 and 4. Accommodations were just right for an overnight stay. And close proximity to restaurants.

Perfect!

Location was fantastic. We need a place to stay that was close to Ruoff Music center and this property was perfect! Besides being close to the venue, there are lots of bars, restaurants and entertainment within minutes of the house. Very clean, roomy, and accommodating!

Impeccable home

My friends and I came in for a small intimate show at the Hotel Carmichael just up the road. We all wanted our own beds and decided to check out Vrbo for the 1 night. We came across this property and it was perfect! I would absolutely stay here again. The house had everything we needed. I was actually surprised to see shampoo and conditioner in the shower. 😊 Full laundry, nice sized pantry, and tons of cabinet/storage space. When I come back to Indy again, I will definitely check out this vrbo again. Thank you for making our stay seemless!!

Clean and Comfortable!

This was a really nice place. The decor was so modern and fresh and cozy at the same time. Very clean and a convenient quiet location for us. Our kids enjoyed playing games and the open kitchen/living room layout was perfect for our family time, while the private bath was perfect for my husband and I. Bonus for our dog-allergic kid was that it was pet-free, so no dog hair, bad smells, or allergic responses! Beds were comfy too! Would recommend and would stay again!

The host was great at communicating with us. The house was all set up and ready for our arrival. There were a lot of amenities we were not expecting (I am guessing from previous guests, like coffee, filters, shampoo and conditioner). We would stay again if we had the chance. Thanks!

Conveniently located

The location of this property was perfect for our purposes, however, I don’t believe the home to be brand new as advertised, but it was very spacious, quiet and comfortable. We really enjoyed the deck, but wished it had a grill. It also would have been nice to have recommendations for where to pick up groceries or eat. We found the magazines about the area, but not until halfway through our stay. We were also unfamiliar with the Roku remotes. Some instructions would have been nice. Lastly, I suggest placing an additional roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms, and maybe include a soap dispenser for the showers. We happened to have soap from a prior trip, so we could shower. Having it available would be a nice addition. And we found the toilet paper in the garage.
