The place was good for sleeping, and slept everybody that came. The kitchen was a little dusty/looked unsanitary. The shower was either super hot or cold, no in between. The hot water knob kept moving on it’s own making it hotter.

I loved this place! Really clean and nice. Lots of room for everyone to sleep and was close to downtown! I would definitely recommend and 100% would stay again

Decent Weekend Stay

The property for the most part is as advertised and the price was very reasonable for a quick stay. I appreciate the ownership for solid communication and being accommodating of my fluid situation. They were very responsive.

Simple and easy

This lower level duplex home was close to lots of great things. Neighborhood was quiet. Host communicated quickly and thoughtfully. Nice place to sit outside in front. Impressive with 3 bedrooms. Easy door code check in. Clean place. Even had some board games to play.

Nice house, sketchy neighborhood

This house was nice and clean. Slightly dated, reminded me of my Busia's house in the 80s. The neighborhood was somewhat sketchy, with lots of noise. May be because it was a holiday weekend. We didn't have any problems, but double checked that we locked the doors and windows. The hosts communicated well. We were close to the highway and food options.

There were holes in all the walls.The house was not equipped with the necessary stuff such as glassware in the kitchen,limited pots and pans,1 bath towel for the entire place.

Cleveland house

Highlight of property: Awesome, private front patio that included a table to relax and a mature plant to cover viewing from outside onlookers! It was exactly as listed. No issues or problems. It is located on the west side of Cleveland, approx 10 min drive to Downtown or Lakewood. Priced right. It’s not a luxurious location, but sufficient for our friends weekend outage to get to our music venues and easily accessible by vehicle/Uber to other touristy areas. Minimalist but affordable, clean, and plenty of space for guests. Thanks!

I was told to be able to get in at 1 when I got there is was not ready the lock of the door was missing. I was not able to stay there I am trying to get my money back it was not safe and it was nasty I had sent photos and emails no one is responding I need someone to help me.

We didn’t stay and request a refund

Good morning, So I rented this place on ur site it was my best friend’s wedding we were going to stay there for one night. So the host send me a message saying the place is not ready send me an address and a link to like at the place . I say ok. Then he updates the prices and listings description once’s I pay I get access to the final address and code which needed up being the place I originally booked that was messy dirty and not ready . So we didn’t not stay there. When I asked for my refund he doesn’t want to give it to me. Saying it my fault I don’t see how. Can someone please help me it’s really un fair

Absolutely Horrible. Do Not Book!

Our recent experience with this VRBO property was nothing short of a nightmare. Right from the beginning, our stay was marred by issues. The water wasn't working upon our arrival, leading to a delayed check-in. While this wasn't the host's fault, attempting to contact Nick to discuss the situation proved futile. We had to involve VRBO, who eventually reached out to him. Upon finally arriving at the property, we were greeted by a rather unsettling neighborhood with boarded-up buildings and a menacing dog across the street. The actual condition of the house was a stark contrast to the photos provided; it was run-down and far from the advertised presentation. Safety was a major concern as we discovered soft floors, only one smoke detector in the entire house, and an overall lack of cleanliness. To our shock, a massive hole in the wall of the back bedroom was concealed by a large blanket. Additionally, it's worth noting that Nick violated VRBO rules by directly contacting us on our personal cell phone numbers. In light of these issues, we made the difficult decision to leave the property after a mere 10 minutes. Attempts to obtain a refund were unsuccessful, adding further frustration to an already unpleasant experience. In summary, this VRBO listing fell far short of expectations, and I would strongly caution anyone considering a stay here.

A place to sleep (technically)

Unfortunately this potential goes unfulfilled. The host was super nice and very quick to respond. We had some trouble with the automated VRBO emails not being sent for address, so that's not reflected in this review. More than a few items stood out in our stay. A lot of things in the kitchen were out of order, the floor seemed to be sagging quite a bit judging by the lack of square door frames, the refrigerator was on a 5 degree tilt or so, the cabinetry was in varying stages of disrepair. We ended up washing most of the dishes before using them because they did not appear clean. We didn't find any pepper in the shaker, no napkins or paper towels to be found, no soap in the bathroom (as was claimed in the listing) and the TV remote batteries were dead. We had to unplug the USB lights behind the TV because they were so bright into the bedroom. There were not enough blankets for the beds, and the bunk beds were so cheap they flexed badly when ever the person on either bunk moved. They are pretty hazardous. The flooring was thrown together haphazardly as well, it was tongue and groove laminate on top of carpet that someone chose not to remove so all of the slats are all coming apart and there's a pretty substantial floor height discrepancy at the bathroom door threshold. The shower curtain in the bathroom is pretty light duty but gets the job done, the bathroom just did not seem to be entirely clean which was really off putting. Finally the house is pretty poorly insulated and the smart thermostat kept turning the heat down on us so we ended up being pretty chilly most of the time as the thermostat temperature did not reflect the whole house temperature. Ultimately, for the price, this was a fine stay for us. I think this host has great potential for a really strong listing that could fetch more money but there are a lot of items that desperately need to be addressed before continuing to rent. Dennice is super nice and responsive. We didn't present her with the issues we had during our stay, as not to be a burden. But we really just needed a place to sleep so our expectations were low.

Worst Experience!

It’s hard to know where to start..the floors were uneven and super soft in some areas. My elderly mother was with me and almost fell twice. The walls had cracks, paint peeling all over the house, the bathroom door was dirty, the tub had mold, the shower curtain was filthy, the bedroom in the back had a broken window, it wouldn’t lock. The back door knob was loose and we were nervous about the safety of the property. There were stains on the couch, there was dirt and debris in the floor vent in the kitchen. The pillows had stains and the bunk beds were not secure. When we arrived to the unit, I had to actually go to the store and buy cleaning supplies to clean it,I have never in my life experienced such a thing. 10/10 do NOT recommend!!!!

This stay was my horrible got charge a cleaning fee and when i arrived it didnt smell like its been cleaned. I checked my self and found dust in areas where you think they would of dusted and clean. The kids started itching and breaking out. So i believe someone stays there and has a dog because we noticed dog hair around the rental. I would like a refund back for the cleaning fee becauae i ended up buyin cleaning supplies and cleaning myself. Its just ridiculous. Then i tell Nick about it and he never responded unprofessional
