Modern 3rd floor condo in the 4th ward neighborhood of Uptown Charlotte. Close to everything Uptown, with an amazing view into the city. Fully renovated, top to bottom, this place is perfect for a stay in Charlotte. Four blocks from the center of the city, but tucked away in it's own courtyard for quiet, peaceful evenings lounging on the amazing balcony, with a spectacular view of the Uptown. Due to HOA regulations, we have a minimum stay of 2 weeks.
The apartment is wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay! It is cozy and has stylish decor with beautiful views of the Charlotte skyline. The host was exceptionally responsive providing excellent directions and information. We would love to return!
Excellent instructions provided to find location and other property details âŠFYI Google maps will take you to back of property. Nice location and space for two. Enjoyed my stay.
My friend and I just stayed for a week and we loved it! The host provided everything we needed and promptly answered any questions we had. If something isn't in walking distance then it's just a quick drive away which we liked. I would 100% stay here again!
Had a wonderful stay here. The property was in a perfect location to explore all of Uptown Charlotte. The king size memory foam bed was wonderful for a good nightâs sleep. Nice view of the skyscrapers of Charlotte from the front porch. Will certainly look for this place again when weâre in Charlotte.
Me and my husband had a great time while we stayed here and everything looked like the photos. The condo owners were extremely helpful with any issues we had and were quick to get back to us and have it addressed. I will say that this isn't the most accessible property as this unit is on the third floor with no elevator so if you have any mobility issues that could be a problem but otherwise it's great place to stay.
Great location. Great communication by the owner. Upon returning to Charlotte I definitely hope this place will be available. Some overnight noise that didn't bother us, but light sleepers might have some difficulty. Downtown Charlotte is very walkable and this place was perfectly located for us.
My weekend stay in Charlotte was enhanced by staying at this rental. The apartment was cleanly and within walking distance to many of my planned activities. I experienced some difficulty finding the unit and checking in, but the host provided excellent directions and communication to help get me access to the rental in a timely manner. If I return to Charlotte, I would rent with this host again.
This property is wonderful. Perfectly located. We walked everywhere! Lots to do. My only disappointment was the Keurig was dirty and had mold in it and the bed sheets were clean but old and too small. Kept popping off the corners.
And there wasn't not enough coffee. I'm gonna I was there for a week You need to put more coffee in Condo I don't drink Irish cream.
Regular coffee, I will be back and I would like to stay there.
Overall this was a good experience, the property was clean, directions were precise.
Pros: location, space, privacy, Wi-Fi, kitchen essentials, Communication was easy, parking,
Cons: Water pressure, odd smell on first arrival,.
I would definitely stay at this location again I would have a recommend updating the shower curtain and adding a mesh drain cover to cover the drain in the shower. Itâs rather large and can be a bit scary.
Awesome host, very responsive and very easy to work with. I had to cancel a previous reservation for this place outside of the refund window due to a change in plans. On my next visit to Charlotte, I asked if he would consider allowing us to use the earlier reservation and he immediately offered to refund a portion of our forfeited fee. He didnât have to do that and I really appreciated the gesture. Loved the location and parking right downtown. Weâll definitely book again when in Charlotte.
This apartment is ideally situated in Charlotte. Itâs in an extremely walkable quiet area that offers gorgeous views of the skyline. Just about anything youâd want to do in the city is within a 15-20 min walk or ride on public transportation. Thereâs also a grocery store just two blocks away. The location is also very conveniently close to the highway, if you want to travel or commute. The space itself is very well maintained and has great appliances, as well as AC. Itâs actually nicer than the photos.
If one thing could be improved itâs more cookware. But it was perfectly alright for my one week stay.
Property owner is also very responsive.
Overall, this place was what we needed! It was a cost-effective place to stay for our trip, which my partner and I appreciated! However, when we arrived we noticed that the smoke detector/carbon monoxide detector had been removed from the ceiling and there was no alarm in the home. We notified the host, but didnât have a smoke alarm for our stay. Of course we ended up being fine, but it did feel like a safety hazard. Also, the bathroom couldâve been cleaned better (particularly the shower), and the sheets on the bed were clearly old and didnât stay over the corners of the mattress. Everything ended up working out for us, and I would recommend this place if youâre looking for an affordable place to stay in the city. The location was great, and having a parking space was a major benefit for us! However if youâre expecting something more high end, it may not be the spot for you!
We spent a month at this property. Weâre so grateful we found it. The price, the location and the set up was perfect for 2 of us. We walked, or took the Lynx train, almost everywhere we wanted to go - South End, NoDa, Elizabeth and more. It is not the newest, most modern property, but it was clean and the location Uptown is great. If youâre healthy enough to climb 2 flights of stairs, I recommend this listing.
