Weekend vacation to Branson

Condo was great. Clean and well maintained. Easy access to the pool, tennis court and playground for the young ones. We love staying with Thousand Hills when we stay in Branson.

Deferred maintenance

We’ve stayed at other VRBOs at Thousdand Hills but this was our first time to actually rent from them. The check in was great and so was our agent. The location of this particular property was further away from the club house but honestly it was a great place to maneuver our way around traffic to get to what we wanted. We chose this unit because it was easily accessible and had three beds and three baths. So it that respect it met our needs. However, expect hotel grade everything if you stay here (linens, bedding, pillows, hair dryer). There are no extras like blankets, extra linens, laundry soap. Our biggest complaints were: cleanliness- lots of hair on the floor and shower and dust left in the master bathroomThere was mold and mildew in the master showerThere was a huge spot between the master toilet and shower that obviously had damage in the drywall with mold that they attempted to paint over. The master bedroom was so cold but when we stayed it was 20 degrees outside. The master window was duck tapped together. There was no way to warm that room up. When I tried to get the extra blanket to cover up with it had a huge brown spot on it. The bed skirt also had a huge stain on it.We spent the whole time there cold and feeling like we were staying in a place that was not clean. We were severely disappointed and pretty frustrated at how much we paid for such conditions.
