Take the perfect vacation in this newly remodeled 3 bedroom & 2 bath condo near everything! Step into our newly remodeled comfortable condo that sits perfectly between Silver Dollar City (5 miles), Moon Shine Beach (3 miles) , and only a few minutes away from Highway 76 the famous Branson Strip. We have a luxury king size bedroom with ensuite bathroom, one cozy queen bedroom, and one bunk bed room (full over full bunk bed) along with two full bathrooms (with one of them being ensuite to the King bedroom). The bathrooms come stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The kitchen is fully equipped and perfectly suited for home cooking. Whip up your favorite recipes to serve at the elegant dining table - when you're not treating yourself to a meal out on the town! The kitchen has high quality appliances, coffee maker, coffee, water kettle, griddle, blender, mixer, toaster, crockpot, and many other items. Welcome to your home-away-from-home in Branson! Unwind after a day of travel or adventure in the cozy living room, complete with a sofa bed, and a 55" flat-screen smart TV. Sliding glass doors lead out onto the deck - the perfect spot for relaxing after a long day of fun. The condo is well stocked with all the comforts and amenities you'll need to settle right in and enjoy your stay, including high speed 1 gig Wi-Fi and access to the community pool. (The pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend until Labor Day weekend from 9 am to 10 pm and is closed after that). A large Washer and Dryer are included in the condo with laundry detergent for added convenience. There is a Portacrib and a High Chair included as well. The condo is on the lower basement level of the building and does require going down one flight of 16 stairs. We provide quality bath towels, pool towels, and extra pillows and linens for the pullout.

My family really enjoyed this vrbo! It had enough room for all of us, was close to everything we wanted to do, but was also right outside of all the bright lights and noises that it was relaxing!

We have stayed in th vineyards twice now and always love it there. Nice clean condo. Only downfall is the parking if you happen to get back late.

Close to the 76 strip and Silver Dollar City. We needed a pet friendly place for my sister in law's dog and this was perfect.

Place was very nice we loved it. The people upstairs were loud one night and kept us up, and the dryer was would not dry clothes very well. The pool was not big enough for all the people staying in the places we could not swim in it.

Perfect fall trip

Condo was great. We loved the full over full bunk for the kids. The included items were great: coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, soap, etc. We’ve stayed at a lot of rentals and many don’t include all of the items listed above so it was a nice touch. Lots of games provided as well. It was the perfect space for our family for fall break.

Nice comfortable place. Was in the basement which I didn't read in the description, so if you have an older person that can't do stairs well, this is not the place for you. Master bed was really tall. Dehumidifiers very loud and needed emptied often.

Great property

We thought this condo was great. Very spacious 3 BR & 2 BA. Nice size kitchen. Mattresses were very comfortable, although platform bed is a bit of a challenge to get in & out of. The bunk beds are full size beds, which was a pleasant surprise (we expected twin.) The downstairs location was helpful with our dog because he could go right out the back door. Our only complaint was the people upstairs were extremely loud & rude. They had little kids they allowed to run at all hours. When they checked out, we were relieved. Just be aware that you will hear the neighbors. Good location. Short drive to the main strip.

Great location

We had a great stay. The location is great. The place was nice just needed some more TLC. The bed in the master was so tall my wife needed a chair to get in and out of. I'm very tall and was verydifficult to get in. The towels were smelly, like mold. Went to wash them and washing machine had a ring of mold around the seal. Master TV had no remote and couldnt use our whole stay was disappointing as well.Overall great place just expected cleaner as all the fees that are in place for cleaning.

Thanks so much for staying with us and I appreciate your feedback and will be addressing those cleaning issues that you mentioned and will get another remote for the one that you mentioned are missing. We are also going to order a slim box spring for the master bed to make it a little shorter.

Great stay

This condo was in an excellent location close to all shows. I mainly booked this property because of the bedding arrangements (having 6 grandchildren with us). But what helped the most was having supplies (soaps, shampoos, laundry supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, etc.) already at the condo available to use. Usually, I have to run to the store late at night on the first night or haul everyone with me after a long drive. Having these things available allowed me to step right in and begin enjoying the vacation. Thankful for having a code to get in and not having to check in and get a key (or keep up with a key). The only negative was the noise from those in the condo above us. You will be able to hear any stomping around. We still enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo was close to every attraction but far enough away for peace and quiet at bed time. It was fully stocked with all of the essentials plus some. The owner was very quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend.

Spring Break of 2022

The condo location is great. The condo itself was very clean and nicely decorated. It was stocked with everything we needed. Just a few cons. First, the master bed is very, very firm. I pretty much felt like I was sleeping on the floor in a sleeping bag. An extra firm mattress may last long, but on vacation I hate waking with aches. My daughter said the bunk beds were uncomfortable too. Second, the master bed is way too high. I’m only 5’3”. The top of the mattress was about 3 feet tall. It hit above my belly button! I had to literally grab the bedding in the middle of the bed and pull myself up each time. That’s even using the bed frame to help. Not only is it an irritation, but it’s also a safety concern. Any time I got out of bed, I had to slide out. Many times I forgot how high it was when I had to jump out of bed in the middle of the night to check on our special needs daughter. That resulted in hurting my knees or back a few times as well as having to brace myself on the wall to keep upright. Trading out the thick foundation for a thinner one would lower it some. We rented a lower level condo to have access to a yard out the back door. We were really disappointed in the amount of trash, broken/whole alcohol bottles, and uncovered drains located out there (not on the small patio, but the entire are behind the buildings). Out little 5 pound Yorky could have easily fit in one of the uncovered drains and we wouldn’t have been able to get him out. That negative is really on the property owners, not the condo owners. The owner was great to work with and quick to respond to any messages. And he was very willing to extend out rental a few days with short notice.

Close to everything

We had a wonderful time. This condo is in a very convenient location to all attractions. Was surprised at how well it was stocked with all necessary paper, cleaning, and bath items. The only issue we had was the family room tv/internet. It kept losing connection in the middle of a show, and we would have to reboot the system each time. Not a deal breaker, since we were gone sightseeing much of the time. Would stay again if we get the chance. Thank you for sharing your home.

We love to travel and visit various places. We live in Mountain Grove and so we like to come and stay here as well and absolutely love Branson.

We had the perfect opportunity to purchase six condos which were an entire building. We love this because we can do very large groups and can accommodate almost any size since we have multiple condos all located next to each other.
