This was our fifth summer in Nantucket and by far the nicest (maintained) property at which weâve stayed and the best host with whom weâve interacted. Amazing house, location and experience. Will absolutely stay here in the future.
The property was beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures. The back patio and yard is perfect for a small cookout. It is also easily walkable to both the beach and down town.
We had the wonderful privilege of staying in this beautiful home during wine fest weekend with a group of friends traveling from Boston. The location could not be more ideal both to the center of town, and restaurants and shops, but also to the event at the White Elephant. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely. The house had a nice outdoor patio area, an open-concept kitchen to living and dining space, and multiple sleeping accommodations â perfect for a group. Having 3 bathrooms was so helpful as we got ready each day, and our host made our weekend a breeze with flexible check-in and check-out accommodations. Would love to return again soon!
We have rented many houses on the island and this was the best yet! It accommodated our two teenage daughters and friends perfectly. Two bedroom upstairs with full bath and perfect hangout room with large flat screen TV. Lovely sitting room facing backyard, and nice outdoor sitting area. Biking on the island is a great way to get around and the house is located within a easy bike ride to Jetties beach and Town. The house also amble beach towels and a storage shed full of beach chairs this was especially helpful traveling with 4 teenage girls! We had a wonderful week in this Brant Point Cottage!
We enjoyed our first trip to Nantucket; plenty of room for everyone and a convenient location to walk to town or to the beach. We had use for a car but didnât need it for the basics. Communication with the owner, Holly, was great.
My husband grew up summering on Nantucket and I started going while in college. It's a special place in our hearts. Our children have been going all their lives and feel the same way we do about the island - there's no place like it. We love the beaches and the charm of the town. "There's something in the water that keeps us coming year after year."
Being able to walk to town and to send your kids to the Juice Bar for ice cream is key. We love that we don't have to worry about parking. We can walk in or pop in on our bikes. And to get to Cisco, we shoot over to Westchester and out to the beach in no time avoiding the town traffic. Our walking route take us along Hulburt and up to Lincoln Circle and down Cliff. It's all good.
