Enjoy this bright, sunny Cape Cod ranch year-round! The property is well-maintained with newly painted interiors and only 1.3 miles to pristine Seagull Beach in desirable West Yarmouth, MA. You're South of Route 28, with a quick 4-minute drive to Seagull Beach. Seagull Beach offers a beautiful sandy beach filled with seashells and has a snack bar, bathrooms, and showers. The home is located on a quiet, dead-end street, within walking distance of restaurants, the indoor golf simulator inside Scally's Irish Ale House.

Nearby inflatable water-park , shops; 0.5 mile to the Music Room- live entertainment. Much to do nearby.. golf courses, miniature golf, Ryans bowling alley/axe throwing/corn hole/arcade and lounge, Pirate museum, walking trails, bike trails and kayaking . Our home has 2 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom, A/C units in each bedroom and living room. All linens, blankets, bath towels, beach towels included. Washer and dryer, phone charger, cable & high speed WiFi internet with 58” Smart TV. Fireplace in living room. Newly updated fully equipped kitchen including new modern appliances, dishes, cookware, glasses; cabinets, Keurig coffee maker which also makes iced coffee, granite counter tops and beautiful New flooring installed( Oct 2022) throughout the entire house . Renovated kitchen opens to adjoining bright, beautiful sun-room ,with futon, additional kitchen table, lots of chairs, wicker love seat and 2 wicker chairs which all overlook spacious backyard. Great for entertaining! Perfect for the kids to let loose. We have 4 bicycles for you to use... 2 adult bicycles and 2 younger adult bicycles and a bike rack for your vehicle, lawn games, corn hole, badminton, beach umbrella and lots of beach chairs in shed in the backyard . Relax on large, spacious patio with custom fire-pit along with outdoor grill and chill out in hammock in backyard. 4 parking spots in driveway. Finish it off in a spacious outdoor shower and you will have your perfect Cape Cod getaway. Our home has everything you will need for your Cape Cod vacation .

Sweet, clean little home in a great location on the Cape

My mother, my adult daughter, and I were very comfortable during our August stay on the Cape. The location was great - central to all areas and a quick drive to catch the ferry to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard. Danielle and Joe were very easy to communicate with and absolutely everything we needed was provided. We hated to leave and would highly recommend!

Very thoughtful owners and great place.

Great place and very clean. Owners are very thoughtful and provide a lot! We really enjoyed all the board games, lawn games, bikes, beach chairs …etc.

Perfect Cape stay

Great cottage on quiet street. This house has everything! If you forgot something, it’s probably there. The best supplied rental I’ve been at. Great yard for hanging out, lots of spaces for family to spread out. Near plenty of beaches and restaurants. Would definitely book again!

Wonderful House

We loved our stay here! There were wild bunnies in the yard and fire flies at night so my kids loved it. There is also a shed full of every yard game and beach item you could want. Close to the beach and a great location to everything you may want to do on the Cape! Owners were so nice and extremely responsive.

Highlight of our vacation!

Danielle and Joe's place is definitely a highlight of our family's beach vacation. Super convenient location as listed. Their place is very clean with plenty amenities, comfortable living space, sunroom and backyard, a perfect home base to relax and wash up between outings. Danielle and Joe are fantastic hosts. Not only were they quick to respond, they made us feel very welcomed in their place. Highly recommend!

Wonderful cottage

Absolutely beautiful cottage in a lovely quiet area. Very well equipped with very comfortable beds. Beautiful area to sit outside and a lovely sunroom to sit and relax in. We especially loved the windows which can be left open with screens to keep insects out but having lovely fresh air in the house. Excellent communication with the owners and I highly recommend this cottage and would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Beautiful stay

Our experience at this beautiful home was amazing, the moment we walked in it was cozy and clean. The host had left gifts for us and our little one which was a nice surprise. They had also let us know what was around with things to do or places to see and restaurants to eat at. Would stay there a million times over. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Cozy, Clean and Comfortable

We loved this VRBO. It was the perfect fit for my wife and me fall getaway trip - easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and Martha Vineyard ferry. Danielle and Joe were great when we had to extend our stay 1 day due to medical emergency. Highly recommend!

Clean and lovely home!

We loved our stay here. Everything was very clean and the house felt very homey. A few things were starting to show their age (especially in the bathroom) and several of the lamps weren't plugged in in the bedrooms when we arrived, but overall we had a lovely stay and I would definitely stay here again. One note: with rather high bed frames, it might be a good idea to provide a step stool of some sort for your guests with arthritic knees! My mom had a fair amount of trouble getting in and out of bed each night.

Lovely stay

Lovely cozy little cottage with lots of loving touches. Everything you need- book of local restaurants, beaches etc. very clean. Located in a quiet neighborhood that makes for nice walks. Bikes, games etc. The sunroom for coffee and meals was my favorite place. Great outdoor sitting area. We had a mixture of rain, wind and beach days but it was a perfect stay

Fantastic!! A cute charming cottage in a terrific spot. The middle of Cape Cod so close to everything. Excellent communication with owner from the beginning. The cottage was so comfortable and came with all essentials needed and more!!

Lovely Comfy Cottage

Very comfortable bed, the sheets were so very soft! Lots of towels, which is much appreciated. We were there the week after labor day and the weather was awesome every day... very warm for September, perfect for the beach! The beach we liked the best was Mayflower, but it was also the busiest. We also went further up the cape at Longnook and Ballston beaches and they were also great, big waves and water was a bit colder.

The house was clean, plenty of extra towels, bedding and other convenience made this a great vacation for my family! Close to 28 & seagull beach. Nice quiet and very friendly neighborhood, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great house and location!

Even though the weather didn't cooperate, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is super cute and cozy, and Danielle and Joe provide everything you will need for a great time! Best aspect for us with the weather was the location...close to beaches and we were able to explore all areas of the Cape easily. Highly recommend!

Cozy Stay

My husband and I plus my sister in law and her husband spent the week together at 17 Acres Ave. We were thankful the steamy hot weather turned cooler the day after we arrived so we could enjoy the enclosed sun room which helped us feel less confined. It’s a great cozy spot! Wed rent again! Owners were very helpful!

Great location for family of 4

We had a wonderful time during our family cape cod vacation. This place was perfect for our family of 4 and it was centrally located so we could do day trips to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. We would totally recommend this place to stay.

Charming Cape Cod Find

What a charming cottage! The weather wasn’t ideal for our trip but thr cottage provided all of the entertainment we could need. We played board games, roasted s’mores at the fire pit, enjoyed the fresh air during outdoor showers and sipped some delicious wine left by our hosts. Checkout was so simple- unlike other places, all they ask is to leave towels in the bathroom. Such a smooth process and less stress on the last day especially when we had a baby in tow. Excited to visit again!

Homey local stay

We stayed for 3 nights at this wonderful little place in West Yarmouth. It was a good location overall, right in the middle of Cape Cod, pretty convenient to everything. The town itself seemed more family oriented with mini golf places, ice cream, beaches etc nearby. Danielle was a great host with great communication. She and Joe have provided little "extras" that go above and beyond, like beach towels, chairs, and bikes. There were plenty of towels and the beds were super comfy. She even provided firewood for the fire pit (that we used) and smores supplies. One night it was rainy and while many other places pick "smaller/functional" furniture that will "do", we were all able to spread out on the sectional sofa and watch TV together as a family of 4 with 2 larger teenage sons. How awesome to be able to do that! Highly recommend!
