Due to the mountain area, the sewage systems run the most smoothly when 1-ply toilet paper is supplied at the cabin. We greatly appreciate our guests' feedback in order that we might continue to provide our guests with the best experiences. This luxury property is brand new and boasts 2 King Suites and 2 Queen Suites, making this home perfect for a couples retreat. We are sorry to hear that you experienced some inconveniences during your stay. We highly value our guests' feedback in order that we may resolve any issues for future guests' satisfaction. During one's stay, we highly recommend communicating with our office so we can accordingly handle any inconveniences with our staff. However, with regard to the kitchen, it is outfitted with brand new appliances, and we supply all utensils, dishwater, etc. that one might need. This home does have a traditional lockbox instead of a keypad per the owner's choice. High Hopes does feature an open floor plan, and the home was built to maximize on the comfort of those resting in it. Again, thank you for your feedback, and we wish you the best. ~The CRG Team
