MAIN LEVEL | The open floor plan is ideal for relaxing by the stone fireplace in the sitting area, cooking family meals in the kitchen, and dining at the table or on the large deck with Golf Course and mountain views. The main level has two bedrooms both with Queen sized beds. There is a shared Full bathroom between the rooms. One of the rooms is dedicated to "Grandchildren" and has everything needed included cute stuffed animals.
UPPER LEVEL | Up the stairs is a breezway leading to two more bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom has a King bed and a private deck overlooking the Golf Course and Black Butte. This room has an Ensuite full bathroom. The next bedroom truly is for the family. It has plenty of space for a Kind bed and Queen bunk beds and comes with views from all sides.

SECURITY DEPOSIT | A security deposit is needed for each reservation. If there is not any damage determined at our closing inspection, 100% of your Security Deposit will be returned within 14 business days of your departure.
BBR RESORT ACCESS | All guest vehicles must be registered at the Black Butte Ranch Welcome Center upon arrival. Your Access Fee to all the Black Butte Ranch amenities will be included in your Reservation charges and is based on a percentage of your nightly Rental rate. This fee allows all parties in your group to access all Black Butte Ranch amenities.
CANCELLATION POLICY | Cancellation Requests received in writing at least 30 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded 100%. Requests received less than 30 days before the arrival date are not eligible for a refund.
PROPERTY ADDRESS | KEY ACCESS | Four (4) days prior to your arrival date, you will receive the property's physical address and the code to retrieve the door key from the lock box.
