With a sunset facing exposure, this bright and modern condo features two bedrooms and two and a half baths across two stories, able to comfortably sleep 8 guests in its 1400 square feet. Surrounded by lush vegetation, this unit is ideal for those aiming to relax in a tranquil setting

The Space:
Nestled among courtyards and nature, this tropical vacation destination on Sanibel has 108 individual units. Renters can enjoy the heated swimming pool, tennis courts, hiking, kayaking on Clam Bayou (kayaks not included), grills, clubhouse and more. In terms of location, Blind Pass is the stretch of water that runs between Sanibel & Captiva Islands from the Gulf of Mexico to Roosevelt Channel. The pass was named "Blind Pass" because from the sea it was difficult to see because the southern tip of Captiva extended south to Bowman`s Beach. Over time, storm waters and shifts in the sand caused this land strip to wash away exposing the pass where the the bridge is today. Many consider Blind Pass Condominiums to be the most secluded and private vacation destination on Sanibel. As a result, this community is highly sought after.

Unique location

We had a wonderful time, had plenty of space. Owner and Manager were very responsive with answers to questions; we go to Sanibel as much as we can and enjoyed the uniqueness of the location. I wish the beach was closer to property but really enjoyed the serenity of the path to the private beach.

Great place

Great place, very nice. A bit tricky to figure out “where” your condo is for first timers. Altho the beach is close it is a bit of a walk. I would drive.

Short walk to the beach and bike / run paths.

Few minor issues with the property that the management company quickly responded to and minor issues were addressed. Unit took some time to cool off upon arrival with the Florida heat and most evenings the master was hot until late into the night making it difficult to sleep. Ceiling fan isn’t sized properly in the master and water takes some time to heat up. Plenty of sleeping space. Could easily accommodate 9 people. Location is convenient

Walk to beach is further than just a "few steps", but it's a nice walk!

It is a huge family condo complex. The walk to the beach is quite a walk. It's far more than just a few steps, and taking all the beach chairs, umbrellas, etc., it's a chore. The property itself was good and suited our purposes for this first vacation away in many years. Ultimately, we enjoyed the beach and the condo.
