Ready for some sunshine? This condo brings the summer vacation vibes with cool tile floors, central air conditioning, and a balcony that you may be tempted to spend your entire vacation on. Enjoy views of the beach and shared pool, with a wide view of the ocean. It's an easy walk straight to the beach, and you can rinse off in the shared outdoor shower to not bring it back with you! Inside, the condo is full of bright colors to match the gorgeous colors of the gulf. Perfect for a Floridian escape. The galley-style corner kitchen is roomy enough to cook together, and the breakfast bar is a great way to eat together in the mornings behind visiting the beach. When everyone's back, toss the beach towels and swimsuits into the private washer/dryer and change for dinner. At the end of the day, you can relax in the soaking tub adjacent to the main bedroom (which also accesses the balcony). Or if you're still feeling sociable, head down to the shared hot tub or one of two Gulf front pools. The beachy fun just doesn't stop! This getaway features a king, queen, and bunk beds with full over full mattresses to fit any family needs There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area for any extra guests.

Set at the juncture of a few Florida beach cities, this condo is set perfectly for those who want to explore the wider area. Many delicious local restaurants are within one mile of the condo, including Burrito del Sol and Stewby's Seafood Shanty (ask about the grilled fish of the day!). When you're ready for a break from the beach, Wild Willy's Adventure Zone offers mini-golf (with pirate and dinosaur visitors) just under two miles away. Just half a mile from the condo, Cattywampus Aquatic Adventures offers cruises based around snorkeling, viewing dolphins, and more.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
