Experience tiny home living in this brand new tiny house. Master bedroom with queen sized bed. Loft space with 2 twin sized beds. Full sized modern kitchen equipped with plates, drinkware, pots and pans, utensils, flatware and anything else you may need to prepare meals at home. Full bathroom with shower. Towels and linens are provided. Outdoor entertainment provides a deck with Gazebo, Sectional sofa with dining table Dual burner stove, Weber Charcoal Grill, Fan, Smart TV, WIFI, and outdoor shower.

Kayaking and paddle boarding in the area is amazing. Free access to area that other companies charge for access. Call any local Kayak rental company and they will deliver Kayaks to the property beach during your stay.

There is also a BBQ grill, picnic table around the property by the pool

Our house is located only 1.15 hour away from Miami, and is a perfect getaway for exploring all the Keys have to offer. We are located 7 min away (by car) from John Pennekamp Park, featuring glass-bottom boats, snorkel, sailing, scuba tours, kayak and paddle-board, rentals and family water fun. We are also surrounded by many first class restaurants serving local dishes and will cook your catch after a nice day fishing! Boats of 25 ft or smaller can be docked on property as well as parking for the boats trailer, You will need to register your boat with the front office for a boat slip reservation.
