If you're looking for a party house, please do not book. Property is ideal for family vacations.

KINDLY NOTE
- Outside cameras and noise monitors are being disclosed that “Things your guests should know” safety section.
- Maximum numbers of adults are 8
- Driveway parking for up to 4 cars. No street parking available.
- A BBQ Grill and an empty extra propane tank are provided. Guest are responsible for exchanging the propane tank at the local stores for use.
- For your comfort, our home is treated quarterly by a professional pest control company. But given our tropical climate, you may still see the occasional bug. Please keep doors and screens closed to help prevent bugs from entering, as no compensation will be provided for any bugs that may come inside.

FURRY FRIENDS
- Prior approval is required. We allow up to 3 dogs for an additional fee of $150/pet/stay.
- Must be fully house trained and completely cleaned up after
- Leashed at all times when not in fenced area
- Crated indoors when not home with the pet
- If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made
- Not allowed on the indoor furniture or beddings

IMPORTANT NOTE: For the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation or disclosed to the host. Please, make sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests who are not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without a refund, and can incur an additional charge of $25/guest.
