The moment you pull up to this charming Mediterranean home, you are sure to feel relaxed. Located right on the sand in the quaint beachside community of Silver Strand, this home boasts 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house features original wood flooring, a hand-carved banister, original fixtures and is adorned with antiques and photos of yesteryear.
Downstairs you will find 3 bedrooms – there is a nautical themed room with a bunk bed - great for the kids, a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed with seaside views just perfect for Grandma and a third bedroom with another queen size bed. A remodeled full bathroom is located downstairs next to the freshly updated kitchen. There is a Beautiful bay window that offers picturesque sunset views while enjoying a meal at the large dining table.
Upstairs features two main bedrooms-each has their own ensuite bathrooms. Both are appointed with fireplaces that have hand-painted Italian tiles which are used for decoration only. This first bedroom features a king size bed and there is a viewing deck to see the dolphins play as the surfers catch waves. The second bedroom has a queen size bed.

The home will be delivered to occupant in a professionally cleaned condition. Our property is professionally deep cleaned after every stay, and we're taking extra care to disinfect high touch areas between stays. We are implementing all the cleaning guidelines provided to us by the CDC (center for disease control and prevention).
