Please note: Chiara`s Art Cottage is a three-bedroom home. For this booking, you will have access to one bedroom only, with the other two bedrooms locked during your stay. You will have exclusive use of the entire home and property, and nobody else will be staying in or using the other bedrooms during your visit. Located in the heart of beautiful Sorrento on Victoria`s stunning Mornington Peninsula, Chiara`s Art Cottage offers the perfect balance of peaceful privacy and convenient access to the area`s best attractions.

Within just a short drive you`ll discover Sorrento`s boutique shopping village, award-winning cafes, restaurants, stunning bay beaches and scenic coastal walking tracks. Explore nearby ocean beaches, local wineries, hot springs and golf courses, or simply spend your days relaxing by the water before returning to your own peaceful garden retreat.

PETS
We’re happy to welcome your pet, but this must be approved in advance. A separate non-refundable fee of $100 per pet applies and is payable through our guest portal after booking is confirmed. Pets are preferred to stay outside. If they are inside, pets must be kept off all furniture and beds.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to fill out our check-in form where you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
By booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our Rental Policy and agree to follow our HOUSE RULES:

- No pets unless approved by the property manager and the $100 pet fee has been paid. You can add this in your guest portal after booking.
- No smoking anywhere inside the property
- Report any breakages or damage
- Check-out by your agreed time
- Follow our STRICT NO PARTY POLICY.
- The primary guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old and staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.

If you are in any doubt as to this policy, please contact us immediately. Following these rules will ensure your security bond (if applicable) is returned to you in full and on time. Breaking these rules may result in charges being incurred as detailed in our terms and conditions. If you respect the property as you would your own home, you can relax and enjoy your stay.
