Si vous cherchez un endroit idéal pour des vacances à la plage, notre spacieuse maison de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains est située dans une communauté fermée offrant une sécurité 24h / 24, un parking privé sur la plage et 2 piscines. Rincez, refroidissez ou prenez une douche rafraîchissante dans notre douche extérieure nouvellement installée. En plus des trois chambres, il y a deux canapés-lits, un dans le salon et un dans la véranda. Il propose une cuisine entièrement équipée, quatre téléviseurs et un lecteur DVD. Une voiturette de golf et des draps sont également inclus avec votre location.

Il existe de nombreuses activités pour toute la famille, profitez du parc aquatique situé à moins de 1/4 mile sur Business 17. Golfeurs, choisissez parmi les nombreux parcours de tournois situés à Myrtle Beach ou amusez-vous en famille en jouant au golf miniature. Le propre Tupelo Bay d'Oceanside Village, un parcours exécutif complet de 18 trous, un par 3 éclairé et un practice, ou un parcours de golf miniature de 18 trous avec un glacier sont situés de l'autre côté de la rue sur Business 17. Pour les pêcheurs passionnés, le Surfside Pier est situé à un mile au nord et le Garden City Pier est situé à un mile au sud de notre maison.

Beautiful place. Close to the beach with a golf cart to take there. Theres and indoor and outdoor pool in the community if you dont want to do the beach. Everyone was friendly and the house was well equipped.

Such a perfect place roomy and convenient to everything! Very good owners willing to accommodate all of our needs. How to wash machine break down one day and a new one installed the next! Easy to communicate with owners. Definitely will stay again!

Great house for the money!

If you are looking for a roomy and affordable place for your family vacation, this is it! Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived, the pool is right close by and the ocean is just a golf cart ride away, which was included. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation

The unit was clean and well stocked with everything you would need for an extended stay. There are several ways into the community which is nice. The beach is just a short golf cart ride away and the private parking is awesome. We wouldnt hesitate to book again.

My family and I stayed 5 days & 4 nights, we absolutely were in love with the place and property. Everyone was so nice and happy. I think we want to come back next year too. We had an awesome experience.

Home away from home

We just got back from our week stay at Louannes home… after giving her a mild heart attack bc we couldn’t find the linen or golf cart ( we were at the wrong house 🤦‍♀️) she was amazing to work with, the house was perfect. Very roomy, clean, had all the amenities we needed, and was a perfect location!!! We will definitely rent again!!!!

3rd great year

This is our third year staying at this house and our family loves it. We had a great time yet again. The house is always great and there is tons for the kids to do in the village. Communication with Louanne is always spot on, even when there is an issue. We will return every year we can!

Another awesome stay

This was our second time staying at this home and it was an awesome stay yet again! Plenty of room for everyone. The home had alot of upgrades since our last stay which were great. The use of the golf cart is a huge plus. We had a problem with the air conditioning going out on night two and someone was there and had it fixed within hours. Louanne is wonderful to work with and easy to reach. I would stay here again and again!

Family Beach Vacation

Our host graciously let us shift our days last minute due to Tropical Storm Debby hitting the Myrtle Beach area. That was much appreciated so our entire trip wasn’t rainy and we were able to get a couple sunny days at the end. We had a small ant issue around the kitchen sink, nothing to major though. I did let her know that the cost for the key card had gone up to $30 at the first of the year not the $20 stated in the Rental Agreement Our Host was always very quick with communication and responses throughout our reservation and check-in process. Watch out for the glass hood above the stove island though! I caught my head on it a number of times, you think I’d remember it was there after the first time! The closeness to the beach was great and having the golf cart to get back and forth made it even better. The option of the outdoor shower for a quick rinse of was great too especially with a larger group!

Awesome vacation

Location was perfect. Close to the pools, playgrounds etc. the golf cart was a big bonus as it was a drive to the beach. Missed several days of not having a card pass., but once I called the owner she told us what to do. It opened up a big time saver that we were missing but never staying here before we did not know how things worked. We figured it out eventually lol. Overall it was a great time and would definitely come back to Ocren Village!

1st time staying at a VRBO.

Louanne is very nice and extremely helpful. She answered my questions and helped us find the property, when we got turned around. We did have an incident on Friday, when the water repair crew came to fix a problem outside. We were without water for most of the day until approximately 5:00 PM. The property was a little more out dated, then it appeared in the ad, but for our family it was fine. PWe enjoyed having a very nice kitchen that we could cook supper in. It was very up to date. The house was very spacious, but the 3rd bedroom is actually a small room with a daybed and no TV. I would suggest getting socket safety plugs for when you do have families with little ones. The house was close to the beach, a golf cart easily gets you there. Very close to the pools, which is very nice. All in all it was a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend her house.

Paradise!!!

So much room! Island stove separate from island eating bar. The air went out on Labor Day and at 9:30 - the owners had a repair man on the scene, the problem was resolved while we sat around in a cool breeze under carport! Over flow parking available and used, neighbor sat with us several nights - five stars is an understatement! Golf cart made morning and evening trips just looking around awesome. We rode bikes with a two year old and six yr old safely and comfortably! We went fishing and caught fish. Indoor heated pool on a day when it rained, a playground for a king, splash pad, hot tub, pool - all used! Restaurants and shopping very close by! I’m usually ready to go after seven days - but not this time! A time that I hope to repeat in the spring/summer! A review will never describe how great this place and community is! But I can say you won’t regret staying here - until you realize you have to leave and go back to “the world”! Thank y’all so much for everything! Will be back!

Surfside Beach - perfect spot to launch a family's new chapter.

We traveled down the east coast as a family of 9, staying at Surfside Beach for 3 of the 8 night trip and have to say they were great days! Our home was perfect for a large family with plenty of comfortable beds and sofa spaces. We never felt crowded as the large 3 season room easily held everybody while we laughed at movies on the large screen. The kitchen was not cramped and had all the amenities and utensils we needed. Seating was plentiful although not at one table. The 2 bathrooms and outside shower meant nobody in our crew had to wait long for washing up. The washer and dryer were helpful in not only restoring the linens to ready for the next guests- but useful as we did not have the space to pack an abundance of clothes for our week long adventure. The basketball court was a favorite with the guys, while just tooling around in the golfcart will be listed high in the girls' memories. It was easy to get to the swimming pool, the clubhouse, the beach and just sightseeing the neighborhood. The home was just what a family wants- comfortable, welcoming, clean, spacious. Our only challenge was our first attempt to get into the community as there are 2 entries but only one gatehouse. Our hostess was phenomenal in helping us figure that out quickly. She was very responsive at every and any question I came up with and even encouraging when the time came to say goodbye to South Carolina... not easy as we were leaving one kid off to start school hours away from home. This was our first experience not using a hotel and was very positive. We'll do it again.

Great Location

Location was great and golf cart with the house was key. We misunderstood the importance of the gate card in addition to the entrance placard. If your going to the beach you must get the gate card to get in and out of neighborhood and you must have cash to get the card. Owner was very responsive with questions or problems. The house was great but could use additional cleaning.
