Welcome to Shoreline Vista, a brand-new oceanfront retreat, completed in 2026 and thoughtfully designed for couples seeking comfort, privacy and exceptional coastal views. Situated on more than three acres along the shoreline, this luxury one bedroom retreat offers a rare combination of modern luxury and the natural beauty of Prince Edward Island. For golf lovers, several excellent PEI golf courses are conveniently located within a 30-minute drive of Shoreline Vista.

The main house, sunroom, and outdoor kitchen are all connected by an expansive wrap-around deck that surrounds three sides of the home and stretches across the waterfront, offering panoramic ocean views. Whether you`re enjoying your morning coffee, reading a book, or simply listening to the waves you`ll always be just steps from the shoreline.

Large outswing French doors in both the main house and the sunroom open wide to welcome the fresh ocean breeze. Retractable screens allow you to enjoy the ocean air while keeping insects outside whenever desired.

Inside, you`ll find a bright, modern living space featuring a fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, comfortable furnishing, air conditioning and heating through an efficient heat pump, high-speed Wi-Fi, in-suite laundry, and a Smart HDTV with Netflix and sports channel.

The sunroom is a favorite place to relax, featuring a cozy fireplace for cool evenings and spectacular views of the shoreline. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises from the back deck and sunroom, while beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed from inside the main house or from the front deck.

Just outside, the fully equipped outdoor kitchen and dining area feature retractable screens, allowing you to cook and dine comfortably while taking in the views of the shoreline. During lobster season, fresh lobster is available for purchase directly from local fishermen, and a lobster pot is provided so you can prepare your authentic PEI lobster feast while enjoying the view from the outdoor kitchen.

Your stay also includes complimentary use of two bicycles, two paddle boards, and two kayaks making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Take a short ride to the Bay Fortune fishing harbor or visit one of the nearby beaches. Alternatively, launch the paddleboards or kayaks and enjoy the peaceful coastal scenery from a different perspective while paddling along the shore.

To help settle in, complimentary toiletries and a bottle of wine await your arrival.

Whether you`re celebrating a special occasion, enjoying a romantic escape, or simply looking for a peaceful place to unwind, Shoreline Vista offers an exceptional oceanfront experience you`ll never forget.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, with a gorgeous view of the ocean that made the whole experience even more special. The location was fantastic, with plenty of attractions nearby while still feeling peaceful and relaxing.The host was incredibly accommodating, understanding, and easy to communicate with. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.We would absolutely recommend staying here!

Given its unique location in the small yet picturesque community of Bay Fortune, Shoreline Vista certainly gives one the impression of being far away from the hustle and bustle of larger cities or the island’s more crowded tourist destinations and accommodations. So peaceful is the setting that one can easily forget you are only 16 minutes to Souris with its many shops snd restaurants. Similarly, and as other guests have pointed out, wonderful beaches, golf courses and numerous picturesque towns are all just a short drive away. Guests at Shoreline Vista thus have the luxury of simply enjoying PEI’s peaceful natural landscape or setting off to explore its many close sights and attractions.

Fantastic week long stay at this beautiful new property! The location is quiet, private and the view of the bay is lovely. We enjoyed morning coffee in the sunroom when the weather was chilly and on the large deck when the sun was out. The screened bbq area is fantastic for grilling on the top notch Napoleon grill and also for just sitting and relaxing if the bugs are out in the evening. High end appliances, comfortable bed and furnishings, fast wifi…absolutely everything is high quality in this new property. Definitely recommend booking Alexis’s place!

Our stay at Shoreline Vista was lovely and relaxing. The house and the property are beautiful, clean and very well equipped. It is a great location on the Eastern side of PEI, beautiful beaches and cute towns are a quick drive away. We found our stay quiet and restful, exactly what we were looking for. The host Alexis was great with communication and very quick to respond to any questions. She also provides a very detailed guide to the property and surrounding area that was extremely useful. Check in and Check out were both very simple. Thank you for a great stay!
