This two-storey home welcomes you with landscaped gardens and a prime location close to everything Goolwa has to offer. Step inside to find a cosy ground-floor living area, creating the perfect space for movie nights, quiet reading or simply unwinding after a day at the beach.

Upstairs, the light-filled open-plan living, dining and kitchen area forms the heart of the home. Comfortable seating invites you to relax, while the fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals with ease, including an espresso machine. A spacious dining table brings everyone together to share meals and plan the day`s adventures. From here, step out onto the elevated balcony, an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink overlooking the neighbourhood. Downstairs, the enclosed backyard offers another inviting outdoor space, complete with outdoor seating and a fire pit for cosy evenings under the stars.

The home offers four comfortable bedrooms. Upstairs, the main bedroom features a queen bed and is conveniently located beside the upstairs bathroom. Downstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom is ideal for families or children, featuring a tri-bunk and a single bunk. The main bathroom is also located on the ground floor, along with a separate toilet for added convenience.

The laundry includes a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing facilities. Guests also have access to Wi-Fi, multiple TVs and a selection of board games for entertainment throughout their stay. Portable fans are provided, with split-system heating and cooling available in the upstairs living area only.

Free on-site parking is available, with additional street parking if required.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
