The Space:

Located on the ground floor of a two-story condominium community, this 853 sq ft retreat offers a comfortable and practical base for couples, small families, and extended-stay travelers. Surrounded by tropical landscaping and conveniently positioned near shopping, dining, and local attractions, the condo combines everyday comfort with easy island living.



As you enter, you'll find an open-concept living space filled with natural light. The living room features comfortable seating, a Smart TV, air conditioning, and direct access to the private covered patio. Adjacent to the living area is a dining space that connects seamlessly to the kitchen, creating a welcoming layout for relaxing or enjoying meals together.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dining essentials, coffee maker, and ample counter space for preparing meals during your stay.



Step outside to the private patio, where outdoor seating and a dining table overlook lush tropical greenery. This sheltered space is ideal for morning coffee, casual meals, or unwinding after a day exploring the island. Guests also enjoy access to the shared swimming pool, available year-round, and landscaped community grounds.



The bedroom offers a king bed, ceiling fan, storage space, and a bright, calming atmosphere. The full bathroom includes a vanity, toilet, and walk-in shower stocked with towels and essential toiletries.

Additional conveniences include reliable WiFi suitable for remote work, a washer-dryer combo located inside the condo, beach and pool towels, beach chairs, and free on-site parking. The condo accommodates up to three guests and is suitable for families traveling with children.

The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of Grace Bay, the condo sits between two convenient shopping plazas with restaurants, cafés, grocery options, and everyday essentials nearby. Shay Café is within easy reach, and the area offers a relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to explore local dining, beaches, and island attractions.



Getting Around:

Providenciales International Airport (PLS) is approximately 7 miles from the property. The drive typically takes 15 to 20 minutes, though travel times can vary depending on traffic and time of day. Free on-site parking is available in the shared parking area, and taxis and rental cars are readily available for getting around the island.



Other Things to Note:

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.

- Please note that the full name, ID, and estimated time of arrival (ETA) of the main guest are mandatory for booking confirmation. We require this information at least 48 hours in advance to ensure a smooth check-in process.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 USD fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 9 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Pets are not allowed. Failure to comply results in a $75 USD fine.
