Beautiful View
This was the perfect spot for our Turks trip, the balcony had a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean and pool. We had a car rental and the hotel is centrally located which made it easy to see lots of parts of the island. It's about 10 mins drive to the airpot &10 mins to Grace bay beach. We felt safe and the property was generally quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Our Tropical Paradise!
This is a lovely rental! We loved the simple, neutral decor with it’s modern touches that perfectly showcased the vibrant beauty of the island.
Some of our favorites were the modern, quiet ceiling fans, the comfort and custom design of the bed, the travertine rain shower, the sleek appliances, the travertine flooring, AND THAT VIEW.
This is a corner unit with abundant windows and natural light, yet you will be drawn to the balcony with it’s 180 degree view of the ocean!
The La Vista Azul Resort is a gated property with ample parking and with two lovely swimming pools and hot tub. We especially loved swimming in the family pool that was heated and felt like WARM SILK. Both pools were uncrowded and quiet the week we were there.
We appreciated the cool air conditioning every time we walked in, and the use of beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and a small cooler.
The unit was clean on our arrival, and had soap, shampoo, and laundry detergent.
Jason was a friendly and experienced host. He kept in touch, and gave us some good recommendations for restaurants and activities.
Check in and check out was easy and efficient.
We researched a lot of options for this trip, and Jason’s property stood out to us. Now that we have actually stayed there, we highly recommend it!

Great property, nice location
This is a great place to.hang your hat while visiting Provo. It's away from the tourist section of Grace Bay and close to Turtle Cove, which is quaint and beautiful. We'll definitely be back!!

La Vista Azul corner unit
Loved the minimal, clean decor. Large one bedroom, 1.5 baths, w stunning view. The lanai was our favorite early morning and late night space. Lovely breezes and great view of Turtle Cove & Bight Beach. Beach chairs, towels & umbrella provided. It is walkable to beach & Turtle Cove restaurants but we drove in order to carry all the gear. Highly recommend.

Billion Dollar View From a Stellar Condo
Jason's condo at La Vista Azul in the best in the complex. Lots of light, an incredible view, Clean and modern. The bed is comfortable. It's huge. Much larger than the photos indicate. I've stayed at 5 different accommodations in Provo and this condo is, by far, my favorite. I have, in fact, reserved it for next year.
Jason is always ready to help and to answer your questions.
I rented a car. I visited lots of restaurants around the island but Mango Reef, just down the hill. Became my favorite. Shark Bite is another great place to have a few drinks. You can walk to these places. There are 3 or 4 other restaurants within walking distance.
I LOVE this place. Rent with confidence.

Amazing stay in a Modern Condo at LVA
Just returned home from a 3 night stay in the Turks and Caicos Islands and I would definitely recommend staying here! The location, the communication with the owner, the cleanliness of the unit, the remodel, and the amenities were all top-notch and only a few of the reasons why you should book this listing. Everything was as described. The views from the balcony were absolutely breath taking! The room was clean and equipped with almost everything you could possibly need including a Washer/dryer, laundry detergent, and a fully equipped kitchen with pots/pans. There are several restaurants within walking distance; our favourite being Bacci . The beautiful beach was within walking distance as well but it is well worth taking the drive to see Long Bay (great for kiteboarding), Taylor Bay, and Sapodilla Bay. The host supplies beach towels, beach chairs and pool noodles. Jason was very responsive whenever I had any questions before booking and during our stay. The information he sent prior to our arrival had very clear directions and recommendations. If I can give him and his place 10 stars I would. Thanks for sharing your place with us and other travelers!!

Awesome Location Great View
The view was amazing and location was great if you rented a car! Beach access is not really walkable but if you want to hike a bit you can get there. Pool is clean and awesome on roof top! Room was super spacious the set up was great, could use a better bed and some decor. Owner is adamant the AC not to be touched but the condo was hot at 76 the entire time we stayed. Owner had great communication and timely too! If u want your AC cooler than 76-74 don’t stay here. Bathrooms were amazing and spacious. Back entrance to park was hard to find but once u do it’s easy to find thereafter. Great restaurants all close by! I would recommend this place to families and couples.

Lovely, well maintained, good location
Condo was great, view fantastic and loved, loved, loved the balcony. Great view,
cool breeze and comfortable furniture. Lots of steps (128), to get to beach, restaurant and road, if you don't park behind the condo. But steps were a built in workout, so that was actually an advantage for us. Jason was very responsive. Would rent again.

PERFECT CONDO IN PARADISE
The condo was well maintained, modern, very clean and extremely comfortable. The hotel grounds were nice and the pools were amazing. I have to say that I will miss watching the unbelievable sunset each evening from the balcony.
The owner Jason was accommodating and very prompt in responding to all of our questions before the trip.

Million dollar view!!!
Amazing place amazing beaches, amazing amenities, highly recommend renting a car but walking to the beach is feasible also. You can walk pretty much anywhere it's very safe, people are great, my kids loved the pull out couch it was perfect for a family of 4 even though the max says 3. The only thing I would suggest is getting a nonstick pan for cooking my husband cooks and didn't care for the pots that were there to cook in, but we managed to stay on budget getting groceries from the local stores around, I would go back in a heart beat!
Fellow neighbors in condos are extremely nice the workers are so helpful we needed to vacuum out our car due to the high amount of sand and this guy did it for us and we just gave him $10.
I am terrified of spiders and did not see any, there were only little ants in various places and lizards along the paths but just absolute perfection in my opinion, we have stayed on other islands and this is by far my favorite!!!! pool and hot tub were awesome features to have, this place was very clean and immaculate. Wifi is good however when it's super windy it goes out which is typical for dish network anyways.
I cannot say enough good things for an amazing vacation!!!

lovely condo
First the good- the condo is beautiful. Simple clean decor and it is well laid out. It has everything you need to prepare meals, except a frying pan. Other than that, it is well stocked with the essentials. It is quiet you don't really hear your neighbors much at all.
The great- the view is actually better than the pictures indicate. It's close to restaurants and the only a few blocks from the beach.
The not so great- the view comes with a price- it is 14 flights of steps from the condo to lower bight road which is where the restaurants and beach access are located. If you rented a car, no problem, there is a parking lot on the upper part of the resort and an elevator to take you up the last 4 flights of steps. If you don't rent a car you have 10 flights to go up/down every time you go somewhere. That was not too bad but it was unexpected& by day 5 we were a bit tired of those steps.
Island life:
They drive on the LEFT- that scared us so we didn't rent a car
Stores- the IGA says it is .96 miles, as the crow flies yes, walking it's 1.5 miles and hilly. Prices are high, plan on it you are on an island. A dozen eggs $5, a six pack of island beer $17, gallon of milk $5 you get the idea. Double plus what you pay at a US grocery store. Scooter bobs has a little convience type store but it's only open till 4 prices are triple mainland prices.
Restaurants: Green Bean, Sharkbites, Baci, Tiki Hut and Mangos are all close by. Tiki Hut was our favorite for lunches. Sharkbites has lowest drink prices if you want to have a drink before or after dinner. Mangos and Baci have wonderful food, a bit pricey but worth it for a nice dinner. All food on the island is expensive. If you have a car go to the somewhere bar for a sunset celebration or it's a $10 taxi ride.
Beaches: Smith's reef beach is directly in front of the condo you have to walk around to get there but if you go to the left at the end of the road and look for the cut through past the condo coming soon sign you can cut 1/3 of the walk out. The reefs off the beach are excellent for snorkeling, look for the brownish areas. Some of the best snorkeling we've ever found. The coral garden reef in front of somewhere bar is outstanding too.
Thurs Fish fry- gotta do it it's fun.
Casino a block away-small not too nice but a fun evening diversion with $5 blackjack & roulette.
The island seemed safe, the people were very friendly, the views are beautiful, the condo is great..and that's what is most important

Une aubaine vraiment
Je recommande vivement le condo de Christian, pour ceux qui veulent voyager autrement en formule appartement aux iles turquoises avec un petit budget c'est une aubaine. Le condo est énorme, propre bien équipé et donne accès a deux piscines et un jaccuzi. Le lit et le divan sont très confortable et la vue sur la mer est époustouflante. La plage est a deux coins environ 10 minutes a pieds, celle ci peut vous permettre de marcher des heures sur une plage magnifique. J'ai loué une voiture et Christian fournit les chaises de plage et une glaciere donc vous pouvez mettre vos trucs dans la valise et partir a l'aventure sur l'ile. Je recommande !
