All bookings require a renter agreement to be signed fully within 24 hours to finalize booking. Guest booking must be over age 25, sign renter agreement, provide drivers license copy, and submit a $299 security deposit. Fireplaces are for display purposes only. Individual items or decor in home from pictures are subject to change occasionally from time-to-time due to wear and tear, damages or removals. At times, appliances may not work - this may include TVs, theater/sound system, internet, hot tub, kitchen appliances, HVAC system, and city electricity etc. If this occurs host will not provide refunds due to circumstantial issues.
