Condo is equipped with elevator (NO steps) and is located in the heart of Lake Ozark, on the ½ mile marker, next door to Big Thunder Marine formally known as the Ozark Yacht Club, which has a lakeside restaurant, full-service marina, gas dock and a long list of boat rentals. You will be within walking distance of all the activities the Bagnell Dam Strip has to offer and within minutes of the best restaurants at the Lake, as well as the new Sky Trail, parasailing, helicopter rides, go carts, miniature golf, championship golf courses, wineries, and more.

The master bedroom suite features a queen size bed, private bathroom including his & her vanities, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. The 2nd guest bedroom is located just off the kitchen and has a King Size bed with a shared full bathroom. The 3rd guest bedroom, also located off the kitchen, offers 2 full size bunk beds with a twin-size pull out trundle and a shared full bathroom. There is an additional electric inflatable air mattress available if needed. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart Flat Screen TV w/cable and WIFI throughout.

The main living area includes a 55” Flat Screen Smart TV, sofa, love seat, leather chair and ceiling fan. A sliding door opens up to the magnificent lake front views from the screened in balcony with ceiling fan, and enough seating for 8 people.

A fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, coffee pot, blender, toaster,mixer and almost any utensil you would need. Also, a breakfast bar that seats 2 and a separate dining table that seats an additional 6. Our stocked laundry room is just off of the kitchen, with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. All clean linens, towels and soap are provided.

Absolutely NO pets or smoking is allowed. If pets are found on the property, deposit will be automatically forfeited. No exceptions!

Minimum rental age of 25.

Nightly rates apply up to 8 adults, or any combination of adults and children not to exceed 8 persons total without prior approval by the owner.

NOTE: This is NOT a party condo. Rental to responsible adults and families only. It is situated among full time residents so please be respectful of condo association rules including trash disposal, parking regulations, QUIET hours, NO Smoking and NO Pets.
