Close to mystery creek and Hamilton international airport situated between Hamilton and Cambridge in a well fenced section on a dry stock working farm . Also close to Hamilton events centre,Veladrome and lake Karipiro close to local cafes and supermarkets

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is from 3:00pm unless otherwise arranged.
Check-out is by 10:00am.
10 pm Cut-Off for Check in.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request.
Respect the Neighbours
Please keep noise to a reasonable level, especially between 10:00pm and 7:00am.
No parties, events, or disruptive gatherings.
No dogs inside over 20kg
Guest Numbers
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight unless approved in advance.
Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the property.
Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property.
If smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
Care of the Property
Please treat the home with care and leave it in a tidy condition.
Report any accidental damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible so we can resolve them quickly.
Safety
Please lock doors and windows whenever leaving the property.
Follow any instructions provided for fireplaces, BBQs, spas, or other amenities.
Illegal Activity
No illegal activity, drugs, or dangerous behaviour is permitted on the property.
Departure

Before checking out, we appreciate guests:

Turning off heaters, lights, and appliances
Locking doors and returning keys/remotes
Leaving dishes reasonably tidy
