Crystal Beach 13 at the Homestead Resort in Glen Arbor

This cozy getaway sleeps 4 comfortably, offering a welcoming space for your stay. In the bedroom, you'll find a king bed, while the living room features a cozy queen sofa bed perfect for additional guests. Outdoors, enjoy a lovely deck with outdoor chairs, a community grill, and a relaxing atmosphere—please note there's no fire pit. This condo is directly on the Crystal River and Lake Michigan via a bridge over the river.

Inside, we've provided WiFi, a wood-burning fireplace with wood supplied, along with a desk and chair for your convenience, plus books, board games, cable TV, and a DVD player for entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need: cooking basics, dishware and flatware, refrigerator, oven, gas stove, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, along with trash bags and paper towels. There is an iron and ironing board, towels and linens, a hair dryer, fans, and space heaters—please note that there's no A/C and no washer and dryer.

Please be aware that Homestead Resort amenities are not included, and parking is available for 2 vehicles.

Great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view and location were fantastic! Was able to see Lake Michigan from the balcony, short walk to the beach, short drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes Park. Reasonably well kept condo.

The condo was well equipped and clean when we arrived, but it could use some deep cleaning. Good customer service from the managing company. We would stay here again, and also use Visit_Up_North for a rental again.

I’ve been coming to this resort and staying in condos here in and off for 40 years… Unfortunately, we had to sweep the floor when we arrived as it was sandy. Water pressure is great. Location and view are very nice. Also because I’m used to coming to this resort, I’m used to a washer and dryer in every unit and I packed thinking there was a washer and dryer in this unit not realizing it’s not listed as one of the amenities. So realize or know that there is no washer and dryer if you book this unit, which wasn’t very helpful when we had rain and had to pack wet clothes. The proximity to the beach is great. We enjoyed our stay!

Great Location, Decent Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely setting in the beautiful Homestead, with views of both the Crystal River and Sleeping Bar Bay. Reasonably priced for the area. The one bedroom condo was fine, though a bit dated. Kitchen well equipped except definitely needs new pots and pans. Bedroom furniture very nice, with great bed and linens. The condo was very clean on the surface, but needs some deep cleaning behind/under furniture, closets, along baseboards, etc. Bedroom carpet needs cleaning in the traffic areas. Overall, it’s a good place! A bit of updating and a little more cleaning could make it a great place!

Great location - quiet and tranquil

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo had all the necessary things to make the stay comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and everything functioned properly. I would stay again but thankfully the temperature was cooler as there is no air conditioning. Also a suggestion if possible, better bathroom ventilation - the fan light combo does very little to pull moisture from the room.
