This inviting 3-bedroom home in Peoria is just a short drive from Phoenix and all the surrounding attractions. Designed with comfort in mind, it features an open-concept layout that makes it easy to relax and feel at home. Guests are welcome to enjoy the heated pool (heating available for an additional fee), perfect for unwinding after a day out. PROPERTY DETAILS
This 3 bedroom 1,797 sq. ft home features resort style backyard, open floor concept, family style feel. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group.

SWIMMING POOL (HEATING OPTIONAL) is not normally heated and time to get up to temperature can vary with the weather as well as other guest stays (may take up to 24 hours). Please let us know at booking time if you are interested in the heated pool (winter months) option. Guests requesting this option are responsible for a service fee ($75/night - 1 week minimum plus tax and fees) added on to your reservation cost. Please let us know upon booking confirmation.
PET POLICY
DOGS ONLY are allowed on this property
Please let us know if you’ll be bringing any pets. We welcome dogs only, with a maximum of 3 pets allowed.
There is a per pet fee of $10 per day (plus tax). We do require that you have a place to keep your pet (i.e. dog crate, pet carrier, etc.) while you may be away from the house. We also need to know a few things about your pet (color, breed, weight, and age). Please let us know these details at booking time so that we are able to inform the community of your pet. Please note that guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind.
A $250 penalty charge will be applied if there is evidence of a pet and no disclosure
EXPECTATIONS & POLICIES
We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days, you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
Max of 8 of guests allowed. Additional guests above 6 up to the max are an additional fee.
No overnight guests.
When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your party as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Superstitious Mountains. Saguaro Lake, the Salt River and more.
If you are going to be traveling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.

*Property vendors (pool, landscape, pest control, etc.) may access the grounds up to once/week and have access to the back yard.
*Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year.

As part of the check-in process, you are required to complete a guest registration form. This form will ask for personal details such as your name, contact information, and any special requests. The form must be submitted prior to receiving check-in instructions. By submitting the form, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our rental policies and applicable laws.
The house is a non-smoking, non-vaping property. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $250 fine. Guests are responsible for picking up any exterior waste they create including evidence of smoking. Additional cleaning fees may be charged. Evidence of Marijuana left in the home will also result in a $250 fine.
This property may require an Arizona lease to be signed for any stays of 30 days or more. Typically, the terms are no different from what you agree to on this site and this is more a requirement by the state of Arizona and/or this community. This home also has a utility cap that applies for stays of 30 days or more. The homeowner pays all home utilities up to a utility cap of $350, the tenant pays any utilities over cap. This cap typically only applies in the summer months depending on tenant utility usage.
Guests will have access to the entire home including the private backyard, pool, in unit laundry facilities.

Getting Around:
We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus.
Feel free to ask about distances, and we can let you know average drive times.
