It is only a short stroll to the water for fishing or picnics. Located just 15 minutes from the stunning beaches of Vincentia and Jervis Bay.

The room features two bedrooms: one with a cozy queen bed, the other with a tri-bunk bed (double on the bottom, single on top). Both rooms are impeccably clean, with newly laid carpets and fresh mattresses, offering a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.

This is in a gated community which is safe and has so many amazing amenities that your whole family will enjoy.

The house is very cute and cosy and has everything you need.

Please note: as this is a complex the pool may be undergoing maintenance during your stay

House Guidelines

We hope you have a wonderful stay and enjoy everything our beautiful coastal home has to offer.
To help us keep the property in great condition for all guests, we kindly ask that you:
● Respect our peaceful neighbourhood by keeping noise to a minimum and follow speed restrictions when driving and moving indoors after 10pm.
● No parties, events or Schoolies bookings.
● Please rinse off sand before entering the house (no sand inside).
● Smoking is not permitted inside the home or on the balcony.
● Please avoid eating on furniture or in bedrooms.
● Leave furniture in its original position.
● Turn off air conditioning when leaving the property and avoid running it unnecessarily.

-use of facilities for ages 17 and under need adult supervision.

-All areas to remain clean and tidy

-note during maintenance facilities may not be available for example the pool

Please do not leave children in or near the water unattended, the safety of children is the Adults responsibility.
