The Space:

Step into this sunlit, open-plan retreat designed to embrace Sunshine Beach’s tropical rhythm. Bifold doors connect the front deck and outdoor dining area to a bright living space with plush seating, a dining table, and a well-appointed kitchen. From here, a generous servery opens to the north-facing courtyard, where lush greenery, a BBQ, and a charming Bali hut create an oasis for alfresco dining, afternoon lounging, and sunset drinks beneath warm skies.



Upstairs, two generously sized bedrooms offer peaceful retreats. The loft-style primary bedroom opens to its own private balcony—perfect for morning coffee or sunset moments—while the second bedroom features both a double and single bed. This level also includes a modern bathroom and stairs leading to the private rooftop sun deck, where panoramic outlooks, ocean glimpses, and cooling sea breezes set the scene for relaxed afternoons.



Additional conveniences include a powder room, private laundry, and a dedicated office nook ideal for remote work. Guests also enjoy access to the complex’s beautifully maintained shared pool, providing a refreshing escape on warm days.



A travel cot is available for use (please bring your own cot sheet), along with beach towels and a Cool Cabana beach tent for effortless beach days. Free garage parking is available, but with local eateries, the Sunshine Beach Surf Club, and the patrolled beach only a two-minute walk away, everything you need is easily explored on foot.



Guest Access:

The entire double-story apartment is yours to enjoy, including the rooftop terrace with Ocean glimpses and private tropical gardens. The pool is shared.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of Sunshine Beach village, this home places you within easy reach of the area’s relaxed coastal lifestyle. A short stroll leads to the patrolled surf beach, sunset drinks overlooking the ocean at the Sunshine Beach Surf Club, and the laid-back cafés and eateries along Duke Street.



The coastal trails of Noosa National Park are also close by, offering scenic walks north toward Alexandria Bay, with opportunities for swimming, whale spotting in season, and quieter stretches of sand. From here, guests can continue on foot all the way to Hastings Street for boutique shopping, waterfront dining, and a lively holiday atmosphere.



A short drive unlocks even more of Noosa’s highlights, including the hidden coves of Tea Tree Bay, the dramatic coastal views at Hell’s Gates, and scenic lookouts such as Laguna Lookout and the Boiling Pot—ideal for sunrise or sunset.
