Brand new 2 Bedroom/ 1 Bath basement apartment. Located on a private and beautifully landscaped property close to town and beaches. The property has beautiful european oak hardwood floors throughout and custom cabinetry and wood work done by the owner, central air, high speed internet and cable. The floor plan is an open kitchen and living room with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and bedroom 2 Has a full and a twin over full bunk bed. The property sleeps 5.

Perfect Vacation!

Best VRBO we have ever stayed in! And we only stay in vacation rentals! David, Heather and Boys are so welcoming in so many ways! The property is gorgeous and a great location for the wave and biking to our two favorite beaches Cisco and Surfside...and also close to town and the SeaGrille restaurant....will definitely be back💕

Perfect Basement Apartment!

Clean, easy, quiet, spacious. The place was exactly as pictured on the listing and the hostess was so easy to work with! You do have to realize it's a basement apt so there is no outdoor seating, etc... (there is a grill though) but we were at the beach and eating out most nights so it was perfect for us! Would highly recommend!

Nice property on the middle of the island. Short ride or bike to town and Cisco brewery. Recently renovated. Our only complaint would be the internet service is spotty in the bedrooms but works in living room and front room.

Lovely little apartment

This was perfect for my mother-in-law and her cousin to stay in. It was a bit more out of town than we originally thought but they developed a great friendship with a taxi driver and he was at their beck and call! Heather was very responsive and took care of everything. Thank you for the beautiful long weekend away!

Girls getaway with my daughter

This was our first time on Nantucket. We are a fan of Elin Hilderbrands books so we wanted to come check out Nantucket for ourselves. If we ever are lucky enough to come back we for sure will be staying here again. Amazing hosts, the basement/apartment is clean and super cute. 2 bedroom w plenty of beds and the beds are really comfortable. Definitely comes highly recommended from us.

Home away from home

David and Heather have a beautiful property right in the middle on Nantucket. Made for great access to downtown, south shore beaches and west of the island towards Madaket. The property was very clean and cozy, which was wonderful to come back to everyday after long days of either bike riding or going to the beach. They gave great recommendations for food spots and offered anything we would need for the week. 10/10, and definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for private stay on the island.

Perfect week in Nantucket

Dave & Heather were the nicest & most welcoming of hosts. Beautiful property with brand new furnishings / bbq in a perfect location in the middle of the island. Short bike rides away from the beaches, the town, the farmers market & the brewery. Would go as far as saying this was our most enjoyable vrbo / airbnb experience we've ever stayed at. Highly recommended & looking forward to coming back to stay when hopefully Dave can keep up with us on our morning trail runs :)

Heather and Dave were fantastic hosts. Check in was great and they could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The property is in a great location just outside of downtown but close enough. We rented bikes and you could get downtown or to the beach or a brewery within 10 minutes. Sometimes faster than an Uber. The apartment was great for our family of 5. We will be back next summer

Fantastic getaway

David and Heather were a dream to work with! They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! They were both available to answer all my questions. The listing is beautiful and exactly how the pictures depict. Plenty of room for 5 adults. The apartment was spotless and very well maintained. Location is less than 2 miles from town so would recommend a car but we had a few In our party Uber with do difficulty. Would recommend this property for anyone looking to visit Nantucket. David also has another smaller property on island which I am guessing is just as nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Nantucket get away

This basement unit was beautifully done, like new, and very clean. One thing to mention if you do want to do cooking, there was no stove but it did have a Weber grill, a hot plate and a microwave. This is a great unit that is within a couple miles of town. If weather cooperates you could get by without a car by using bikes and taxis. The hosts Daniel and Heather were very responsive to any questions or needs.

Perfect quiet vacation spot!

The property is amazing, newly finished basement apartment that is great for a weekend get away! Easy to get around especially if you have bikes it’s perfectly placed between town and Cisco brewery. The hosts were awesome and were very professional and nice. Highly recommend staying here!
