Bedroom 1 is on the main floor and has a king bed. The private bath has double sinks and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 on the main floor has a double bed and a single bed. The hall bath has a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 on the ground floor has a king bed. Bedroom 4 has a double bed and a single bed. Both bedrooms on the ground floor open to a deck and marsh view. There is a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination. This condo has covered parking.

This condo is located in Building 12 and is convenient to the pool, beach and creek dock.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.

Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Linen Packages or Individual Sheets and Towel Sets may be arranged through The Dieter Company by request.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
