Huge Clyde Holiday Propery: 2 Houses/Bar/BBQ/Pool
Private country-style retreat in Clyde featuring a charming home, unique rail carriage, pool, games room, and huge backyard. Perfect for families and groups, enjoy pool, indoor-outdoor living, BBQ area, and peaceful surroundings. Close to shops and main roads, it’s the ideal spot for a relaxing and memorable getaway.
The pool must be supervised by adults all the time when in use.
Welcome and general conduct
• Treat the property and neighbours with respect at all times.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property; no unapproved visitors or overnight guests.
• No large gatherings are allowed unless approved by the host.
• Illegal activities, including drug use or commercial activities, are strictly prohibited.
Noise and quiet hours
• please keep noise to a minimum during these times (outside).
• No loud music, shouting, or disruptive behaviour that could disturb neighbours at any time.
Smoking, vaping and substances
• This is a non smoking and non vaping home; no smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed indoors.
• If you smoke, please do so outside only (if permitted by local rules) and dispose of cigarette butts safely and neatly.
• A reasonable extra cleaning/deodorising fee may be charged if evidence of indoor smoking is found.
Guests, pets, and children
• Maximum number of guests is as per your booking; exceeding this without approval may result in cancellation of the stay.
• No pets are allowed unless specifically approved in advance in writing.
• Children are welcome, but parents/guardians are fully responsible for their safety at all times (balconies, stairs, hot surfaces, pool etc.)
Use of the space
• Please do not move heavy furniture or remove items from the property.
• Only use appliances and amenities for their intended purposes and follow any instructions provided (e.g., washing machine, heater, air con).
• Kitchen use is welcome; please wash dishes, wipe benches and leave the area tidy after use.
• No food or drinks in beds where possible, to help prevent stains and pests.
Cleaning, rubbish and damage
• Please leave the place in a reasonably clean condition: general tidying, putting rubbish in bins, and washing used dishes.
• Put rubbish and recycling in the correct bins as labelled.
• Report any damage or issues as soon as they occur so they can be fixed quickly.s
• Significant or careless damage, missing items, or extra cleaning beyond normal use may result in additional charges.
Safety and security
• Always lock doors and windows when you leave the property.
• Do not disable or cover smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, or security devices.
• Please do not lose keys. Lost keys could cost you an additional fee to get it fixed.
Check in and check out
• Check in is after 2 PM and check out is by 10 AM unless otherwise agreed in advance.
• At check out, please: tidy up, wash used dishes, put rubbish in bins, turn off lights/heating/cooling, and lock all doors.
