This 6 Bedrooms big house located in Pakenham, southeastern of Melbourne. This house is in a great location, convenient to all amenities and transportation. It is located in a mature residential area, safe and quiet.
This house has 6 bedrooms, 7 beds, 2 family areas and plus 2 sofa beds. it is easy to accommodate up to 16 guests.

The house is equipped with all essential items and must-have kitchen equipment for short or long-term stays.

Features including terrace, bed linen & towels, air conditioning, heating, Free wireless Internet, TV, free travel cot on request, free street parking;

❀Ground level:
* Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, desk and chair.
* Living area consisting of TV, 1 x 3-seater sofa with chaise.
* Laundry Room: washer, dryer, plenty of storage, iron & iron board, laundry powder, laundry liquid.
* Open Kitchen/Lounge: WIP, Dishwasher, Cookware & Kitchen Utensils, oven, cooker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge / freezer, wine glasses, dining table with 8 chairs plus one high chair.
* Bedroom 5: 2 x Double bed, desk and chair.
* Bathroom: washbasin, toilet, walk-in shower.

* Bedroom 2: Queen size bed.
* Bedroom 3: Queen size bed.
* Bedroom 4: Queen size bed.。
* Master Bedroom (w/ balcony): Queen size bed, walk-in robes and dual vanity ensuite bathroom 1 with shower & toilet.
* Living room: sofa, TV, coffee table.
* Bathroom: walk-in shower, washbasin, bathtub.
* Additional toilet: washbasin, toilet.

Note, you'll have full access to entire house except for the garage, as it is exclusively used for the owner storage.

Local shopping centers and train stations are within walking distance. M1 highway is one minute away.

‱ Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out.
‱ Please turn off the A/C and lights when you go out.
‱ Please keep the house key with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost or damaged it.
‱ Remember pull the bins out to the natural strip kerbside by the Tuesday night or by 5am Wednesday.
‱ Check-in and key-collection instructions will be emailed before your arrival.
‱ Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged (is subject to availability) with prior consent from us, and additional charges will be applied.
‱ You’ll be provided an initial supply of toilet paper along with a few extra rolls, but these may not be enough for your entire stay, and you may need to purchase additional supplies.
‱ Happy to discuss long-term or reoccurring bookings at a discounted rate, please contact me.
‱ We are committed to making your stay as happy, enjoyable, welcoming and as comfortable as possible.
* Instant booking with no reviews please send request first.
* Booking with no reviews, we ask for a government photo ID like a driver's licence or passport to verify your legal name and so on.
* Insert correct guests number including children that they must be registered as a guest on the booking.
* Guest is strictly forbidden for any parties or event held in the property, if we found any house rules are broken by the guests, host will have the rights to request guest to terminate your reservation with no refunds and leave the property immediately with penalty fines for any lost or damages causes in the property or the building.
* Excessive noise will not be tolerated; Must remain quiet after 10 pm and before 8am. You will be evicted immediately if we are called out because of noise complaints, disruptive behaviour or disturbance with no refund of rent and your security bond.
* Please leave the property in clean & tidy condition. Clean the oven and kitchen after use it, otherwise $60 applied. Over and above general cleaning charges will deducted from the bond if the property is left dirty or there has been damage caused.
* Please ensure that bins are taken out to the kerb on the nature strip with the lid closed by the night before collection day (details will be stated at the property). * Please place bins 30 cm apart and at least 1 metre from power poles and street signs.
* Do not leave excess rubbish behind. Ensure empty all bins inside the house and take away all excess rubbish. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge applies if you leave excess rubbish behind.
* Please keeping the house key with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost it.
* Remember return the house key in the lock box at check-out.
* Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges of $20 per hour fee applied.
13. Parking is on the driveway or street parking, free and unlimited. There is a 24H security camera at the front of the house.
14. Guest’s age must be over 30. This means that someone who is under the age limits cannot book a stay for themselves.

By booking you agree that you have read and agree to comply with these rules, failure could result in loss of your deposit and /or being asked to leave the property.

Exactly what we needed

This lovely home is very spacious and well set out. We were a party of six including one 97-year-old and one convalescing senior lady so two bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor was perfect. All cooking and socializing was able to be downstairs as they couldn't go upstairs. The extra four bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs allowed us all to have our own space if we needed. Perfect for our needs and we would defiantly stay again if we were in the area.
