Oceanfront Paradise is a luxurious oceanfront retreat blending modern comfort with effortless Caribbean charm. Perched on the corner of the second floor, this condo is flooded with natural light, featuring soaring ceilings and a refreshing sense of openness. Three expansive double-pane windows and new wall-to-wall sliding glass doors frame breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, the tranquil Northwest horizon, and the lush East End countryside—your perfect island escape.

The Space

Oceanfront Paradise is the only corner condo in its building with sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea, pool, and countryside. The balcony is expansive, catching breezes from both the East and West, making it an ideal spot for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Guests enjoy access to the Wyndham Reef Resort amenities, including pools, hot tubs, a gym, spa, restaurants, and entertainment.

Accommodations:

Features a King-size master bedroom and second Queen-size guest bedroom both with stylish en-suite bathrooms with all the essentials. Fresh towels and toiletries. The living room features two twin-beds—perfect for families or small groups.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner, including pod & filter coffee makers, making Oceanfront Paradise a true home-away-from-home for your Cayman getaway.

Property Inclusions:

For families, we have a High Chair, Pack n Play along with a host of board games, assorted balls and rackets, snorkel sets and a safe.

Located in the scenic East End district, Oceanfront Paradise is about 45 minutes from the airport, close to restaurants, grocery stores, and liquor stores. Water sports and activities nearby include stingray city tours, kayaking, jet skis, and more.

Oceanfront Paradise sits in one of the most picturesque areas of Grand Cayman. Explore untouched Barefoot Beach, take serene countryside walks, or simply watch sunrises and stargaze from the balcony with minimal light pollution.

Car Rentals: Available via Kayak, Marshall’s, Andy’s Rent-a-Car, or Budget. Guests at the Cottages can use Budget VIP Services (email once booked).

Other Things to Note:

Check-in:

- You will receive basic instructions once you book, and we will send a message

with the door code 2-day before arrival.

- You can check in anytime after 4:00 PM and as late as you like, you'll have a

pin code access to get in.

- Early check-in depends on whether the apartment is cleaned early enough,

- Check with the property manager if we are available for early check-in the day before your arrival and we will confirm this for you.

CHECK- OUT:

- Self check out: You will receive all the instructions before your departure and in the room guest book.

- There is NO Late Check-out unless pre-arranged with the property manager, as we need to get the apartment ready for next

guests.

Policies & Fees:

A mandatory 13% Cayman Islands Tourist Accommodation Tax applies to all stays (included in quoted price).
