The property is situated in a lovely and quiet strata community and is suited to couples, singles or small families, who want to enjoy a peaceful getaway. No Pets Allowed

The two bedrooms include a master with king size bed, and a second bedroom with 2 single beds. There are 2 living areas, a downstairs living room with comfortable lounges and smart TV and an upstairs sunroom with dedicated office space, comfortable lounge, books, games and ocean glimpses from the balcony.

There is a full bathroom with separate toilet and a second toilet in the downstairs laundry.

Guest access
You will have exclusive use of Beach Dayz throughout your stay, including a ground floor courtyard with BBQ and small upstairs balcony. You will have use of a single lock up garage, and free street parking is available on surrounding streets. As it is part of a small townhouse complex, parking, or leaving items on the driveway or common areas, is not permitted at any time.

Please note this is a 2 story townhouse with internal stairs to the 2nd story which includes both bedrooms, the bathroom and sunroom. Unfortunately this accommodation will not be suitable for anyone who has difficulty walking up and down stairs.

Other things to note
Beach Dayz is located just meters to Ocean Beach patrolled beach and surf club. We provide basic beach towels for use during your stay. We ask guests to please wash their feet at the front tap, to minimise sand in apartment and on beds.
