*Traveling with a Dog? No problem. This home is pet friendly. If you are traveling with your dog let us know upon booking. Your reservations will require a $250 + tax non refundable pet fee in addition to the total on the checkout page so we will need to add this to your reservation after you book the home.



*Parking (HOA has strict parking rules): Garage parking for 1 vehicle. The garage is the primary space for parking. There is ONE additional uncovered parking spot available on a first come, first serve basis in the complex that requires a specific parking pass be displayed in the vehicle with the correct reservation information when parked between 10pm and 7am in the morning. This has to be the same vehicle for the duration of the reservation.

PARKING: Single car garage *To avoid violations and fines you MUST park in the garage during your stay. Their is a parking pass in the unit for one additional guest for parking in parking lot (first come, first serve)



This condo is 1036 sq feet of living space and features a living room with a sofa and a 55" Smart TV (streaming services only). The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, flat cooktop stove, cookware, kitchen utensils and a Keurig coffee maker. There is seating for 4 at the table just off the kitchen. The second bathroom is located downstairs and has door access from guest bedroom & main living space. It features a single sink and a tub/shower combo. There is a full size stackable front loader washer and dryer in the unit.



The master loft bedroom is upstairs (loft meaning it is open with a pony wall & no door but private in that it can not be seen from downstairs). It features a King size bed, dresser, closet and a private bathroom with a single sink and a walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom is located on the main floor downstairs and has a King size bed, dresser, closet and 25" Smart TV (streaming services only) plus a small standing balcony. There is door access from guest bedroom to the guest bathroom.



Enjoy the community heated pool (November 15th - March 15th depending on the temperature), spa and gas BBQ grills located in the community pool area. This condo offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and location — making it a great home base whether you're visiting for business, a family vacation, golf trip, or a relaxing Scottsdale getaway.



Linens and towels provided. We also provide a few items to get you started of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, shampoo and conditioner.

Free Fun! Guests will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity, every day and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. You may choose to go to the Phoenix Zoo in the morning then golf at lunch and then Medieval times that evening.
