This spacious oceanfront villa rental is located in Bay of Islands, New Zealand, and can accommodate up to 18 guests.



There are six luxurious bedrooms and five full bathrooms. The first and second bedrooms each have a king-size bed and open onto decking with incredibly gorgeous views. The third and fourth bedrooms both have two king single beds. In the fourth and fifth bedrooms, there are three sets of twin bunk beds. All of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with a sink, a toilet, heated towel rails, and a full wet wall walk-in shower. In the family bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, heated towel rails, and a bath/shower combination. Linens and towels are provided.



On the main level, guests will find a modern open plan living area that opens up onto the deck. This common area includes the kitchen, the dining area, and a sitting area with a large sectional couch and a wood-burning fireplace. On the lower level, there is a media room with seating and a large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a coffeemaker, and a sandwich maker. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, SKY TV, Netflix, Spotify, a washer and a dryer, an iron and an ironing board, a CD player, a DVD player, hairdryers, a high chair, child's games, electric blankets, and a phone.
