The Space
The apartment is on the first floor of a historic “Leopoldina,” ensuring privacy and an elevated view. The sleeping area includes two spacious double bedrooms in Tuscan style. The living room features comfortable sofa beds and a fully equipped kitchen.

Highlights: Quiet air conditioning in every room and fast Wi-Fi. Outside, the large olive grove and grapevine pergola are at your disposal for relaxing after a day in Florence or in the Chianti hills.

Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire first-floor apartment and its private entrance. You are also welcome to enjoy the spacious olive grove and the property’s vineyards. The grapevine pergola is at your disposal for al fresco dining and moments of relaxation.

You will have a reserved parking spot on the property. You will receive keys to move about with complete independence and freedom throughout your stay.

Other things to keep in mind
Just 7 km away, there’s a fishing lake where you can rent all the necessary gear. The restaurant is very friendly and always open.

There are beautiful rivers in the area where you can spend the day and go swimming.

Wine tours: we have a list of options both in San Casciano V. P. and in other nearby towns.

You can rent a bike to enjoy the Chianti region in all its beauty and charm.

We share the property with SORRIPA EVOLUTION CENTRE, which offers various events, workshops, yoga, and more throughout the week. (You can look it up online.)
