Spread across two levels, this townhouse balances modern style with relaxed desert living. Upstairs, the open living area feels bright and contemporary, with warm earthy tones and thoughtfully chosen décor creating a stylish yet welcoming atmosphere. Sunlight filters in through a slider and window, offering red rock views in the distance. A gas fireplace and Smart TV add cozy touches, while the layout flows naturally into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen - stocked with everything you need for long or short stays. There is a conveniently placed desk in the great room just under a window for all your remote work needs. A half bathroom and the primary suite are also located on this level past the kitchen at the top of the stairs.

The upstairs master bedroom provides a comfy king size bed, large dresser, ceiling fan, spacious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a fun private balcony for gazing at the stars or soaking up the sun in peace. The downstairs guest bedroom provides a private cozy space to your friends or family staying with you with a large king sized bed, dresser, ceiling fan, a lovely en-suite bathroom with a shower/ tub, and a sliding glass door accessing the back patio with a fire pit and a propane grill perfect for gathering under Sedona’s starry skies.. 



Please note: the downstairs patio is accessible through the bedroom.

*Traffic noise can be noticeable from inside the property, but it is faint and primarily from the living room near the sliding glass doors.*

There are taxis, Uber (limited), and the Sedona Trolley but we recommend guests have their own car. This is a small town and public transportation is very limited.



Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley LINX Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.
