The Lazy Lavender Farmhouse in Wimberley, TX, is masterfully designed for form, nature, and function. It features a full kitchen, a large covered outdoor living and dining space, indoor tubs and showers, a fire pit, and a classic rope-napping hammock. The house sleeps six (6) guests in tranquil and luxurious comfort. We welcome one dog for an additional $95 flat fee. No other animals are allowed

THE FARMHOUSE is the perfect retreat for those wanting to sleep a group or needing more space. No detail was overlooked in the design and planning of this spectacular Texas Hill Country treasure.
The house features:
-Large living area with Restoration Hardware sofa, chairs, and flat-screen smart TV for group gatherings and entertaining
-Kitchen bar that seats four
-Dining room table that seats four or up to six with an extension
-Fully equipped kitchen with (cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster)
-Three (3) private bedrooms
-Primary bedroom with a king-sized bed with memory foam mattress, 680 thread count bed sheets, cozy lounge chair, desk/vanity, and large closet
-Two (2) additional private bedrooms, both with a queen-sized bed with memory foam mattress, 680 thread count bed sheets, and one with a desk
-The primary bathroom features a double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub; Bath towels and luxury shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel

The Lazy Lavender Farmhouse is located just a 4-minute drive from the center of Wimberley, where guests can enjoy a variety of leisure activities unique to the area, including swimming holes, wineries & distilleries, restaurants, shopping, and a vibrant local arts scene.
With a full kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, high-speed Wi-Fi, a fire pit for roasting marshmallows, a napping hammock, and the opportunity to spot majestic Texas white-tailed deer, guests find everything they need or want on the property. We can also assist you in crafting the perfect getaway with a private chef, charcuterie delivery, decorating services, in-house massage therapists, and wine tour services. Guests staying at The Lazy Lavender Farmhouse will gain access to it via a smart lock. All access details will be provided after a booking is confirmed, and smart lock codes are changed after each stay to ensure guest safety.

We strive to give our guests privacy for the duration of their stay. We do not live on the property, but we remain available by text or phone in the event of an emergency or when you need us.

-A starter kit including paper towels, toilet paper, kitchen napkins, trash bags, cleaning supplies, toiletries, select snacks, coffee, creamer, and sugar.
Any additional supplies or groceries are the responsibility of the guest(s).
At The Lazy Lavender, we respect our environment and strive to use only organic and sustainable products wherever possible. We clean and disinfect all houses upon each guest`s departure.

-Largest outlet mall in Texas, San Marcos Outlet Mall: 25-minute drive

At the Lazy Lavender, we strive to create a safe, peaceful, and pristine stay for our guests.
Guests must be 21 years to book.
Max guests are 6 (this includes children older than 24 months)
We reserve the right to charge a penalty of $100.00 a night for each guest after six people.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property for our guests` safety. For additional visitors, please get in touch with the host.
We welcome one dog at The Farmhouse. All dogs must be registered, and a $95.00 pet fee applies. An unregistered dog will incur a $500 fine. Please keep dogs off furniture. We charge $200 if dog hair is found on the furniture, such as beds or lounge areas. We charge an additional $300 if any dog excrements is found in the house plus any replacement costs of any goods damaged because of it.
Please bring bags to pick up after your dog, as our cleaning company charges extra to pick up dog waste, and we will pass this cost to the guest.
Dogs must be crated if left alone in the home. No other animals are allowed.
If you are bringing a service dog, you must register the dog with us prior to your stay and be aware that service dogs can never be left alone in the house and must be kept on a leash at all times.
No loud parties and events. This includes excessive noise, so please refrain from fireworks and shooting. You know, the loud stuff...
This is a smoke-free house. If you smoke outdoors, please pick up cigarette butts. We will charge $50.00 if our crew has to pick up butts.
Smoking inside will incur a minimum cleaning fee of $500.00.
Max parking for four cars.
Corporate events, photography, and filming for commercial purposes must be discussed with us first.

We purchased our Wimberley property in 2020 after falling in love at first sight.
We were both born in Europe and have traveled all over the world, but Wimberley captured our hearts, and we love getting away to the Lazy Lavender to relax.
We spent many months renovating the Lazy Lavender Cottage and the Lazy Lavender House and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

We were both born in Europe and have traveled all over the world, but Wimberley captured our hearts, and we love getting away to the Lazy Lavender to relax.
We spent many months renovating the Lazy Lavender Cottage and the Lazy Lavender House and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

This property is magical. Our guest's favorite spot is the back deck. We back up to an exotic game ranch, and the animals will stop by and say hello. At night it is the ideal space for stargazing, yet it is only minutes away from town. The property is on a private road, which adds to the safety of our guests.
