Located just steps from Ocean City’s beautiful Beach, this home is a destination all its own! As you enter, you are swept away by the clean, crisp, coastal decor. The main Living Area is wide open with Kitchen, Living Area, and Dining Area - no one ever has to feel crowded or miss out on a moment of family time. The Gourmet Kitchen is sure to delight the cooks in your family with High-End Stainless Appliances, gleaming Granite Countertops, and all the conveniences of home. You can sit at the Breakfast Bar for a casual bite, gather at the dining table for a family meal, or dine on the Balcony while enjoying the sweet sea breeze. The furnished Balcony has stunning views of the Ocean and the Bay, so you can start your day with a breathtaking sunrise then wind down taking in the glory of one of our legendary sunsets! The Views don’t stop at the Balcony, you can enjoy breathtaking Views of the Ocean right from the cozy Living Room furniture or the dining table.

The Primary Bedroom is located away from the Living Area, providing a quiet retreat with a plush King Bed, Flat Screen TV, as well as a twin sleeper sofa. The Primary Bath is a spa-like with a large Soaking Tub, Custom Walk-in Shower, and large Double Vanity. Bedroom 2, a Junior Suite, is just across the hall with a luxurious Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV, and Private Bath with Shower/Tub Combo. Bedroom 3 is set up with your special little loved ones in mind with a Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Full) and a Flat Screen TV. Right out in the hall is a Shared Full Bath, convenient to the Bedrooms and the Living Area with a Walk-in Shower. Gateway Grand 1203 also features a full size Washer/Dryer in a large Laundry Room just in case you need to pop in a little laundry before heading home.

The Gateway Grand is located in the heart of Ocean City, on the Beach of 48th Street. Directly across from the World Famous Seacrets, with dining and shopping options all within walking distance, you may never need to move the car. Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored. Sorry - Pets are NOT permitted.
